I'm an example for this, without any workout I'm pretty strong I've beaten a lot of guys with armwrestling, also my boyfriend was amazed I could hold him so long in the game (he's much stronger than I am)
and since I started working at the supermarket this has even got "worse" because I have to lift heavy boxes and such all the time

The heaviest thing you should be lifting is a trash bag as you take the garbage out. You should be in your husband or fathers kitchen, unless they request you come out. Are you married. If so, are you pregnant yet? Providing your married, you should definitely be pregnant.
