I know that MY wife never says no to me. We try not to make a habit out of knowing each other in the Biblical sense more than two or three times a month, but I've never heard her say no.

Often I will simply know her while she is asleep, and if she happens to wake up, she is decent enough to allow me to finish.

If you actually ENCOURAGE him to abuse himself when you're too tired or have a "headache," you are encouraging him to rail against nature. Neither of us says no to the other very often, but every now and then he's not in the mood when I am, or I'm not in the mood when he is.
I have never used the headache excuse. If I'm not in the mood, I simply tell him honestly, "I just don't feel like it right now." He respects my wishes, just as I respect his if he doesn't feel like it when I make an overture.

Of course jeans have something to do with it! Jeans are about as form-fitting as you can get.
