Obscene Plants WWJD???

I just had the most unpleasant experience. I was on my way over to an older ladie's home (one whom I though had common sense) and as I carried a platter of Snickedoodles to her front door (for after Bible study) I was shocked by the most obscene plant I have ever seen. But what was more shocking was the fact that this gal hasn't destroyed the plant. What shoud I do??? PERPLEXED AND SHOCKED GLENDORA

Good Heavens!! You know, I saw one much worse when I was out for a walk during the summer! I nearly fainting! I know you people here all believe that Wiccans and Pagans molest low-lying shrubbery and rape trees, but I tell ya, this tree makes that a lot easier to believe!!

Sadly, they'll often come attached to something that has one of those two things but not both.

Really? I haven't met any. *Shrugs* That's just my luck. *Sighs* I suppose it's no wonder some will resort to raping trees when there isn't anything better as far as humans go.

Although there are some people who really don't care where they find them! Case in point: I knew a girl I used to call Krissy the Cow. Now, not only did the Cow wear cloths about 3 sizes too small for her, but every man and his cousin has had his hands all over her teets! *Mutters some words which really shouldn't be said inside a church*

Why don't you start using font colours that show on all computers? Don't you realise that not all monitors are made equal, that some, as they age, unlike their owners who simply get wiser, deterioate.

Have you seen Landover's new arrangement for egregious sinners? We have a quarantine section now.

That is a better colour yes. If you must use something other than black. No, this quarantine is not for those who are physically ill, nor did I mean to imply that you are -- yet -- in need of locking up. It is for those who are spiritually ill and who need to be separated from the public lest they contaminate them. It is where we provide therapy and habilitation for the worst sinners.

I just thought I'd war that you might be interested in the developments that have taken place since you were last here.

Well, it's very kind of you to enlighten me about the updates of the forum, Sir, but I don't feel I'm in any Spiritual danger, nor do I feel that I will contaminate those who are Purer than I. Seeing as, if they're really so Pure, they will be immune to any contamination. And I won't, or at least, I have no intention of, infecting any other newcomers. But I do tend to grow on people... Rather like a fungus. You can adminster heavy-duty antibiotics for that, though.

"Contaminate those who are purer than I" -- an interesting way of putting it. It seems to suggest that you are rather pure to start with and anyone more pure than you is 'very pure'.

Whether you are in spiritual danger is for he likes of the Godly Landover Pastors to decide; and who said anything about "needing" to be in quarantine? Haven't you read our welcoming message up the top of the board?

Being of a generous nature, I took Rosa to the Salem Christian Academy's annual craft show and bake sale. She loves to spend money (like that time Pastor Al's Ching Lee took her to Paris), and she can usually get 10 or 12 trinkets for $25 at these things. It makes her happy, and then I get service with a genuine smile instead of that "fresh-flogged" look of hers.

Rosa wanted one for the kitchen, but something about them bothered me. I guess I just don't like clowns.
