So typically, a child pornography website will not be shut down despite how many views it has, and because shutting it down is messy. The less society does to urge the goverment about stopping these criminals, the less the feds. do to really stop them. Without publicity involved in shutting these sites down, the more these pedopilas will phrospher and escape punishment for their horrible, and disgusting sins.
