I am not here fighting for alcohol use or anything of the such. We all know what God says about drunks.
Marijuana is illegal, it slows you down, it makes you sociallly inept, snack hungry (obese), and much more. Should I use meth if I can operate (somewhat) normally after heavy use (practice)?

I just don't see how any of this will spiritually help someone become close with God.

Actually, everyone I've met who smokes Marijuana, is more sociable because of it. And you lose the munchies after smoking a bit, so there is no problem with Obesity.

1. Pharmacology. a chemical substance used in the treatment, cure, prevention, or diagnosis of disease or used to otherwise enhance physical or mental well-being. Any article, other than food, intended to affect the structure or any function of the body of humans or other animals.

Sugar, is in food, but isn't a food. Therefore, its a drug, which you use on a daily basis. Caffeine? A drug. And water, has pharmaceuticals, in it. So should we stop drinking water? Its a drug.
