Re: I witnessed a rape; did I do the right thing?

This 'Offended Teen' loves to manipulate the Bible instead of simply reading it and following it precisely. His screen name really should be 'Twisted Teen' because that is what he does to His words.
Isaiah 45:7 I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these things.
Amos 3:6 Shall a trumpet be blown in the city, and the people not be afraid? shall there be evil in a city, and the LORD hath not done it?
Numbers 21:6 And the LORD sent fiery serpents among the people, and they bit the people; and much people of Israel died.
Matthew 10:34 Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword.
Matthew 10:35 For I am come to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter in law against her mother in law.
Matthew 10:36 And a man's foes shall be they of his own household.

Just how have you come to the conclusion that Mr. Hutchins cannot think for himself? He is one of the most voiced and intuitive figures I've read. He is very straight forward and cut and dry but he most certainly has a good head on his shoulders.
Mr. Nothing - I think you're just grabbing at straws now (moreso than you were previously).

Perhaps this blindness of which you speak is simply a matter of perspective. I completely disagree because the way I see an do things is the way of the Lord.
Just to humor you - if I am the one in the wrong - "blind"ed as you say - why is it YOUR heart is filled with anger and pessimism.

I think you sir are the one not seeing the light. God's way is the only way!

I'm not angry...It's just that you only do things as they are described in a book.
You can't have an idea of your own whithout thinking that maybe it's a bad idea because the book says so...
                So...You can't think for yourself.

                  How wrong you are.
As I posted when I was a newbie here, I was quite a different person in my youth. I had my own ideas and theories. I was wild and independent. I finally realized - the more wild I got - it was because I was sad and tired.

I was lucky to have stumbled upon this website and see how the other half live. Never before have I been happier and more fulfilled than with the Lord and His True Christians.

I've been on both sides. This is the side that makes me happy. Here, I have purpose.
                  Praise!

Easy, because everyone else hates God so much they hurt themselves just to spite Him because they know God love them very much.

Time to reclaim our FREEDOM from the “Mullah in Chief” and his growing activist voter hoards of socialists, communists, anti-Semites, anti-Christians, atheists, radical gays and lesbians, feminists, illegal immigrants, Muslims, anti-Anglo whites and others.

You did the wrong thing. You should have helped that person. Everyone deserves salvation.

Bacon is perfect, but you don't see the whole world eating that. Next?
May you be a blessing to every life you touch.
