You don't have to worry - it isn't catching.
And there's no way I'm going to stop living my life and doing the things I need and want to do and go hide out in a shed just because of a period. It's a normal part of the female reproductive cycle, not a curse, and not a disease.

Ms. Butterfly; it's obvious from your time spent here that Jesus is encouraging you to try and do something constructive with your life. He holds His arms out in welcome; a warm embrace for those who would listen to Him.

It's not necessary to go out to a shed. Staying in your room will be fine. The thing you have to remember is you can't touch anyone and nobody can touch you; because you are unclean. You wouldn't want to be responsible for sending somebody to hell just because you think you have the right to follow the wanton lust of your cooter do you?

Ridiculous. I shower daily. And I can do anything during my period that I can do the other three weeks of the month - including have sex.

According to the dictionary, a cooter is an edible freshwater turtle. I don't have a cooter, but I do have a few goldfish. It doesn't say anything in the dictionary about this turtle's sexual proclivities, so I don't know how lusty a beast it is. And I have not noticed my goldfish acting particularly horny either.

A cooter is a gateway to hell if not given the proper Biblical respect. Who told you that? I'll bet it was one of those drunken ukranian sailors.

Actually, it was a dictionary. Surely you've heard of it - it's a book that tells you what words mean.

By the way, what exactly is the proper way to show Biblical respect to a small edible turtle? I don't recall ever having seen them specifically mentioned in the Bible.

You're supposed to bring it to a priest after you've finished bleeding like a demon as a sin offering...

Leviticus 15:28-30 (King James Version 1611)

28 But if she be cleansed of her issue, then she shall number to herself seven days, and after that she shall be clean.

29 And on the eighth day she shall take unto her two turtles, or two young pigeons, and bring them unto the priest, to the door of the tabernacle of the congregation.

30 And the priest shall offer the one for a sin offering, and the other for a burnt offering; and the priest shall make an atonement for her before the LORD for the issue of her uncleanness.

So you think it's just a coincidence that it happened to begin just after God threw Eve out of the Garden of Eden?
O Lord our God, help us to tear their soldiers to bloody shreds with our shells; help us to cover their smiling fields with the pale forms of their patriot dead; help us to drown the thunder of the guns with the shrieks of their wounded, writhing in pain; help us to lay waste their humble homes with a hurricane of fire; help us to wring the hearts of their unoffending widows with unavailing grief; help us to turn them out roofless with little children to wander unfriended the wastes of their desolated land in rags and hunger and thirst, sports of the sun flames of summer and the icy winds of winter, broken in spirit, worn with travail, imploring Thee for the refuge of the grave and denied it--for our sakes who adore Thee, Lord, blast their hopes, blight their lives, protract their bitter pilgrimage, make heavy their steps, water their way with their tears, stain the white snow with the blood of their wounded feet! We ask it, in the spirit of love, of Him Who is the Source of Love, and Who is the ever-faithful refuge and friend of all that are sore beset and seek His aid with humble and contrite hearts. Amen.

God being truth, justice, goodness, beauty, power, and life, man is falsehood, iniquity, evil, ugliness, impotence, and death. God being master, man is the slave. Incapable of finding justice, truth, and eternal life by his own effort, he can attain them only through a divine revelation... he who desires to worship God must harbor no childish illusions about the matter, but bravely renounce his liberty and humanity.

I wish we had a separate topic to discuss Aeisha's marriage.

                      Any more questions about it??

Child brides in England were not uncommon during Medieval times:

The role of women in medieval society was secondary to that of men and there were few opportunities open to women. For the wealthy there used to be two chances: marriage or nunnery.

Marriages were often arranged by fathers to secure or increase the family wealth. That's why child brides were common and most girls were married at 14.

For a peasant girl whose father wasn't a free man, fate was even harder as permission to marry had to be asked to the feudal lord. In some countries, and for some time, the feudal lord had the prima notte right, or the right to sleep the first night, the wedding night, with the bride.
Apart from that, widows used to be sent to convents and their lands confiscated. However, by the late Middle Ages a guild master's widow could run her dead husband's business.
Is this wrong, twisted, vile and disgusting? These are your ancestors Rachael. Your Christian and Pagan ancestors.

So all Englishmen (all European men) were paedophiles during that time?
                        Are you suggesting that 14 = 9, or that 14 = 6??

Sounds like you've got a bit of that "fuzzy math" going on, HH. Been sniffing the airplane glue? Been applying that Law of Fives?

                        (Hmm, 14 - 9 = 5, 9 - 3 = 6

                        .....................5 ..+ ..3 = 8

....................................6 + 8 = 14. There ya go, right? Numerology is nonsense, HH, and so's your Law of 5s.)

There's no proof of that. In fact, there's no proof that Adam and Eve were literal people, and not metaphors for humanity in general.
But assuming for the moment that they were, how exactly was your god planning to have people reproduce before that? Clone them from toenail parings?

Oh, not completely. I figured out that if you add all the names of the reindeer (Donner spelled "Donner", NOT donDer, and include Rudolph), and then add "Claus" to that, you get 666.

There's another one too, involving "Santa Claus" and "Saint Nicholas", but it's more complicated. The end product is still 666 though.

The "proof" you seek can be found in God's Holy Word. If that isn't good enough for you, then you truly are an empty-headed fool.

By the way, the communist hippie you so proudly display in your signature is currently burning in hell for assisting so many in rejecting Christ's love. Jesus had him gunned down by a lunatic, and He smote another one with brain cancer for worshiping blue-skinned beat-Gods like the hindoos. Is it your hope to join them?
