You must be one of those bull-dyke types. I suspect if you ever saw Mr. Etheldreda correcting one of our daughters, you'd stay clear. You would be blessed to watch anyway, he has a way with ... encouraging a young lady to stay the course.

As a joke that is really funny. In reality however that is not so. Everybody knows that God created man superior to woman.

Ephesians 5:22-23 Wives, submit yourselves unto your own husbands, as unto the Lord. For the husband is the head of the wife, even as Christ is the head of the church: and he is the saviour of the body.

Please back up your statement with proof from The Holy Bible (KJV 1611).

    Proverbs 9:13

A foolish woman is clamorous: she is simple, & knoweth nothing.

And what are we told about fools:

    Proverbs 19:29

Iudgements are prepared for scorners, and stripes for the backe of fooles.

So just which commandment has been broken?

This is how God tells us to treat fools. Ergo, if a woman is foolish put stripes on her back. Simple, eh?

Namby pamby liberal. You'll be telling us we can't beat our children with sticks next.

    Proverbs 23:13
Withhold not correction from the child: for if thou beatest him with the rod, he shall not die.

Well, you know that is probably your fault, correct? A good wife makes her husband happy, whatever it takes.

On the contrary, my husband does not like beating me. He would really prefer me to be a perfect Cristian wife, that always stays on track.

But he is a wise man, so he understands I am not yet as he expects. And he is so generous to exert his husbandly duty, lovingly correcting me any time it is necessary, even if he is tired and he has had a bad day, or he would really prefer to use his time in more pleasent occupations.

Since we have got married, i 've improved under many aspects, mostly thanks to his discipline, and I still have to. i know he's not really happy, but he is committed to be a truly good Godly husband.

My wife doesn't act out often, but when she does I always beat her, and incase any of you hippies come around here talking about the Bible isn't about beating your wives, and you feminazis start saying women are equal be prepared for scripture. Ephesians 5:22-24. Proverbs 23:13-14 Proverbs 13:24. I always like to hear my wife cry because it reminds me that I am a good Christian man doing my Godly duty! As Mr.Hutchins, and other men here have said try to cry silently sometimes. Don't get me wrong I like that reminder of doing my Christian duty, but sometimes I get a headache.

I do hope you husband is not just a violent bigot

Which bible verse does he shout at you when you are disobedient. Think carefully as we do not need another sadomasochist couple infiltrating our Godly Forum.
