    Help bringing my daughter back

About 6 months ago my daughter Marina left home. I do not know where she went, the letter she left me was rather vague, it was all about me stifiling her creativity by wanting her to follow God and that she has better opportunites away from me. I know that Marina is a strong girl and she can take care of herself quite well, but she is only 16 years old. I have questioned many of Marina's friends and none of them will admit to knowing where she is. The most likely places are Norway and Japan, but she also knows people in Italy, Ireland, Germany, and Holland.

Should I go on a worldwide search for my only child, or should I just pray that either she comes home or someone tells me where she is

And if any one has seen Marina, please let me know.

Re: Help bringing my daughter back

Forget her like last months menstrual rag. Now if you had a son that was missing, that would be worth getting concerned about. Though whoever does have her owes you 50 shekels. But if you never get the money, you can write it off of your taxes.
I wish my daughters would disappear like my first and second wives did.
Isaiah 45:7 I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these things.
Amos 3:6 Shall a trumpet be blown in the city, and the people not be afraid? shall there be evil in a city, and the LORD hath not done it?
Numbers 21:6 And the LORD sent fiery serpents among the people, and they bit the people; and much people of Israel died.
Matthew 10:34 Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword.
Matthew 10:35 For I am come to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter in law against her mother in law.
Matthew 10:36 And a man's foes shall be they of his own household.

It is a little harder for a mother to forget her daughter, and not to worry. I personally don't think any one "has" her. I think she's in some foreign country trying to make a name for herself as a musician.

by the way exactly how much is 50 shekels in modern currency

I think I might have met this girl, she was in the studio where I work as a body piercer and she was getting a tattoo done. It looks great. I don't know where she went after that, she spent the night in my bed and told me she was headed overseas.
My advice: don't worry about her, she can take good care of herself, and will likely find herself a wonderful girlfriend or boyfriend. you probably did stifle her artistry by forcing god and religion down her throat so it's your own damn fault that shes gone.

          Hello Crystal,

So, your rebellious, rambunctious teen daughter decided to up and leave.

Perhaps rather than pray for her return, you should be praying on what you did wrong as a parent.

If you had been a good, God fearing woman, this never would have happened in the first place.

At least her saying she wanted to follow God is a good thing and at least SHE has seen the light.

Re: Help bringing my daughter back

Look babe, I speak only from personal experience, but who the hell knows, maybe it's applicable to your lost kid, but when I was 16 I ran away and joined the carnival. For a girl of 16 there's lots of opportunities for her. If she's nimble, she can be an acrobat. If she's somewhat of a slut, she could make a good living swallowing a bunch of swords...just turning one skill into another, equally, similar skill, you know? Hell, maybe she just doesn't give a rat's ass and likes to ride motorcycles and could be working as a daredevil?

The carnival is a good place to work. You get to travel the nation and they pay you enough so you can eat. I wouldn't be surprised if she ended up there. If so, let the wind take her. Perhaps she will come home some day, like the prodigal son.

            Luke 15:11-32 (King James Version)

11And he said, A certain man had two sons:
12And the younger of them said to his father, Father, give me the portion of goods that falleth to me. And he divided unto them his living.
13And not many days after the younger son gathered all together, and took his journey into a far country, and there wasted his substance with riotous living.
14And when he had spent all, there arose a mighty famine in that land; and he began to be in want.
15And he went and joined himself to a citizen of that country; and he sent him into his fields to feed swine.
16And he would fain have filled his belly with the husks that the swine did eat: and no man gave unto him.
17And when he came to himself, he said, How many hired servants of my father's have bread enough and to spare, and I perish with hunger!
18I will arise and go to my father, and will say unto him, Father, I have sinned against heaven, and before thee,
19And am no more worthy to be called thy son: make me as one of thy hired servants.
20And he arose, and came to his father. But when he was yet a great way off, his father saw him, and had compassion, and ran, and fell on his neck, and kissed him.
21And the son said unto him, Father, I have sinned against heaven, and in thy sight, and am no more worthy to be called thy son.
22But the father said to his servants, Bring forth the best robe, and put it on him; and put a ring on his hand, and shoes on his feet:
23And bring hither the fatted calf, and kill it; and let us eat, and be merry:
24For this my son was dead, and is alive again; he was lost, and is found. And they began to be merry.
25Now his elder son was in the field: and as he came and drew nigh to the house, he heard musick and dancing.
26And he called one of the servants, and asked what these things meant.
27And he said unto him, Thy brother is come; and thy father hath killed the fatted calf, because he hath received him safe and sound.
28And he was angry, and would not go in: therefore came his father out, and intreated him.
29And he answering said to his father, Lo, these many years do I serve thee, neither transgressed I at any time thy commandment: and yet thou never gavest me a kid, that I might make merry with my friends:
30But as soon as this thy son was come, which hath devoured thy living with harlots, thou hast killed for him the fatted calf.
31And he said unto him, Son, thou art ever with me, and all that I have is thine.
32It was meet that we should make merry, and be glad: for this thy brother was dead, and is alive again; and was lost, and is found.

I beleive it is about $280.00 but the payment must be in shekels of silver as that is what the Lord commands per the KJV.

                Deuteronomy 22:29
Then the man that lay with her shall give unto the damsel's father fifty shekels of silver, and she shall be his wife; because he hath humbled her, he may not put her away all his days.

Not sure if the person who is in another country is allowed to deduct shipping costs. You'll have to ask a Pastor.

Daughters are a dime a dozen. What possible reason could you want her back? Does she have your car keys?

The 50 shekels shall be given to Marina's Daddy,

Marina's daddy left me when Marina was 11 years old, I know who he is, I just don't know where he is.

I don't know what I did wrong. She didn't want to follow God, she said that stifled her creative nature. Where ever Marina is, she's trying to make a name for herself as a musician.
