Experience as either:
Republican party activist
Republican think-tank intern
RNC donor
High-ranking position in Halliburton, Bechtel or other corporations with large no-bid contracts in Iraq
The following need not apply:
Those whose loyalty to the president's vision for Iraq is uncertain
Arabic speakers
Experience in untrustworthy organizations such as the U.N., State Department, and US military.
Compensation
Extremely competetive pay rate to be negotiated. Fringe benefits include excellent opportunities for financial irregularities.
