Why would i do that? Just look at any map of Iceland or Greenland on the Internet or in Geology book and you get the same maps that i posted.

Try doing some Icelandic study before claiming we're Eskimos living in an igloo and spend our days hating Christians

I still think you are pretending to be from Iceland. We have had many visitors from Iceland here and most of them agreed there is a lot of ice there. Your "Iceland is green and Greenland is covered in ice" story, while amusing, is a bit too silly to believe.

What you found with Google on all those weird names might be right though. Although I am pretty sure several visitors from Iceland claimed Johanna Sigurdardottir to be the boss of the government of Iceland.

Jóhanna Sigurðardóttir is the Prime-minister of Iceland. Ólafur Ragnar Grímsson is the President

    Check your facts!

Google President of Iceland if you still think im wrong

will you ever stop? I've lost count now of how many times i've had to correct you. But you still you claim you are right?

here's some history for you: "The first Scandinavian who deliberately sailed to Garðarshólmi was Flóki Vilgerðarson, also known as Hrafna-Flóki (Raven-Flóki). Flóki settled for one winter at Barðaströnd. It was a cold winter, and when he spotted some drift ice in the fjords he gave the island its current name, Ísland (Iceland).

The reason why Greenland was named Greenland is because Eric The red He named the land Greenland, hoping that people would be eager to go there if it had a good name

Quit making up stories, God does not like it when you lie.

Actually it isn't It's All Covered in ICE!
So according to you Iceland is green and Greenland is covered in ice? Don't you see how silly you sound?

The name of the country doesn't say anything about how it is.
So according to your logic France isn't French, Germany isn't German and the United States are not united?

I bet you if a country would be named Purpleland you would think it was Purple, haha!
Purpleland does not exist. Please stop making stuff up and start living in the real world!

There's a reason why Iceland was named Iceland and it is not because it has lots of Ice, and there's also a reason why Greenland was named Greenland..if you want to know the reason, take History lessons.
I don't wanna waste my time explaining it to you
