    Wives, submit yourselves unto your own husbands, as unto the Lord.

    Wives, submit yourselves unto your own husbands, as it is fit in the Lord.

    Why, pray tell, has this situation not resolved itself? Your word is final. This is the nature of a healthy marriage. Why do you think I keep getting sons year after year rather than daughters? Because my wife knows better!

    Maybe you just need to show her some tough love. Rebekah sassed me once, and I can guarantee you that won't be happening again!
