Re: Prayer request for a promotion.

Brother Seth and Sister BIG, welcome to Freehold. I am inviting you to stay with me at my modest home. I have a 7 bedroom home and currently I am the only one there.
My new wife will not be moving in until late July, and I spoke with her last night. She agreed with me that you and your family are welcome to stay as long as you like. The east wing will be all yours, 3 bed rooms and 3 bath rooms. If you require more space it is yours just tell me how many rooms you need. Each bed room is completely furnished. I have a 5 car garage to store your things.
Brother Seth consider my study as yours .
I live some what in the country, about 15 miles out side the city limits. My home sits on 7 acres, in-ground pool, hot tub and a play ground for the kids. It takes about 30 minutes to get to the airport from my front door.
When I moved here I did not find a home quite like I was looking for, so I had mine built. It might be the answer for you. I own the lot across the street from me its 8 acres, 3 of them are wooded, I can cut you a deal on it if you choose to build.
There is another option, old lady Johnson has a nice home right next door to Cranky. If Cranky and I lean on the old biddy the price is right she might move.

    YIC James Dewitt.

I all most forgot, Sister BIG can you bake pies? I am dieing for a home made cherry pie. Why don't you and Seth bring the kids for a week or two before you move here. It will give you a chance to look around and relax before you move.

Re: Prayer request for a promotion.

Seth is travelling home today, so I doubt he'll be online.

Thank you Brother DeWitt. 7 acres of wooded lands sounds like a dream come true! I'll let Seth haggle out the deal with you.

Building a house would also be a wonderful idea. I thank you for such a wonderful offer. We will be travelling down on company time in order to look for a home, probably within the next few weeks. Of course there's the mess of putting this place up for sale as well.

I do make a wonderful cherry pie. It's a bit early now (here) but there's nothing better than baking the pie when the cherries have been picked fresh.

Thank you Brother James for letting us stay with you while we house hunt. I will definitely look over that 7 acre parcel as I've always liked the privacy of a treed lot.

Just thought I should update on what's going on. We've listed the house here. I'll be down next week to start my search and to meet Sister Jennings in person, although I'm pretty sure we'll be going with Brother James parcel.

Proverbs 13:24(KJV): "He that spareth his rod hateth his son: but he that loveth him chasteneth him betimes."

Brother Seth, I just received my tax bill for the lot. It is costing me $3500 a year in taxes. My accountant said just to sell it to you for $1.00 and take the right off. When you get here the Deed will be ready for your signature . For the cost of $1 dollar and a cherry pie( I will purchase cherries) I took the liberty of having a excavation crew prepare the lot for building.

Well Brother that is a wonderful deal! I will be down next week in order to finalize everything. It looks like we have a buyer for the house here. God is just fast-tracking the whole process!

Please leave as many of the trees up as possible as I would like to keep the house secluded amongst them. I've picked out some blueprints and they are in the process of being approved for permits. Oh, and Liz told me that you have contacts in the construction industry? When I'm down on Monday we should talk about hiring a contractor since I have no references down there.

Oh and Liz will bake you the sweetest, juiciest cherry pie you have ever had.

Not to worry my Brother, I had them clear off 1.5 acres right in the middle. From the road all you see is trees. I do have some great news the 27 trees I had removed where old growth black walnut tress each on fetched a handsome profit of $3,500 each. That comes to $94,500.00 less the fee for cutting are removal, you will have a check for $75,000 upon closing. It seems that the trees some over 200 years old are valuable. My accountant said we should split the profit, I told him that you where just moving here and could use the cash, he agreed that the money would better serve you and Jesus.

                  Continuing from here...

Thank you Brothers Diamond and Dewitt for the help in clearing up these issues! And thank you Brothers for being the Guinea pigs for my first attempt at the stone fruit cobble. I love it when my pie pleases a righteous man. I am so happy to have been able to meet your new bride and that she gave me access to her kitchen.

Here is a link to the new plans, although there will be a few minor modifications. The third car port in the garage will be turned into an indoor menstruation room (no more bad weather ) the basement is not on the plans because the plans are for a slab, so the Basement will be Seth's office space. I actually think he gets more space this way. Since there was such a mix up on the designs we had to go with pre-made designs.
This lovely Contemporary style home with Ranch influences (House Plan #153-1790) has 3624 square feet of living space. The 2 story floor plan includes 4 bedrooms.

And thank you again Brother Dewitt for letting me stay in your basement, It is greatly appreciated.

The pleasure was ours. My fiancee enjoyed meeting you, and would love it if you could see fit to teach her how to make cobble.

Anytime Sister. You do not have to stay in the lower level, you and Seth are more than welcome to stay on the main floor. As I told you before bring the kids down and stay until your new home is complete. It sure would be nice to have friends about for a few months. I am glad that you have taken over the responsibilities of overseeing the construction of your home.
I have been losing time collecting rocks and conduction stoning experiments. I have a lot to do in the next 2 weeks. Sam wanted me to tell you that he was happy to help, and he will keep the other 23 photos under lock and key. He is off to Holland this morning, he said he had a little clean up to do and something about Pastor Ezekiel and his pants.

                        FOR B.I.G.'s EYES ONLY:

Sister, your message box is full, so I'm writing this here. Bobby-Joe and the DOF said they can lock this up so it's just between us.

Anyway, I really must urge you to reconsider your plan to have the new menstrual hut in the house.

Have Brother DeWitt draw up some plans where you have your own place far away from the main house. The "hut"(haha)/cottage can have an upstairs, etc., your own study....really, I can't emphasize enough how glorious it can be to have a real getaway spot you can scamper off into once a month. Get a phone and computer out there, etc....a secluded back door...really, you'll thank me!

One of the problems you'll avoid is when the hut is in (or too close to) the main house, some husbands shove a lot of "busywork" etc. under the door for you to do, and are always knocking to ask where the can opener etc. is, and it just gets CRAZY instead of being the relaxing getaway it can be, with the right planning.

Anyway, just don't want to see you make a huuuuuuge mistake. Get a menstrual hut far far AWAY from the house!

                          Gotcha
                          Ahem,

it seems on further research there's something about the menstral hut being 500' away from the house? Also in no time at all the boys will be driving and need somewhere to park their vehicle, and Seth needs somewhere to put his tools etc. So I've decided to have this little beauty tucked away in the back corner of the lot.
These Log Home Plans have a rustic design that is perfect for a mountain atmosphere. They also have a small footprint that is perfect if you're building on a budget.

Ooooh! GREAT choice! You can use that big upstairs loft space for women's meetings, too. Talk to Nikki at Constalation Construction about getting some tunnels dug....we've been talking about this at the Wednesday WatchAngel Group. Be sure to think of errands to do on Wednesday afternoons so you can drop by and introduce yourself.

Also, there's stories that Beigel "Red" Franklin at Freehold First National can arrange private loans against the "hut", as you're technically the sole occupant.

You definitely made the right choice, Sister!

Sister BIG, I received the extra plans and gave them to the contractor. He said its not a problem. Al tho he wants some clarification, you want a separate room for a hot tub and steam sauna? Also he is questioning your choice of cedar lining for the steam room, he suggests cedar benches with teak walls.

Well I do love the smell of cedar, but if he thinks teak would take the humidity better, then maybe that would be a better choice. I really don't know the climate down there. Up here we would use cedar for everything, probably because this is where the cedar comes from so it tends to be less expensive.
