Re: Prayers to resolve IT problems

Welcome to God's favourite forum Kermit The Frog

    How is Miss Piggy?

Tell us something about yourself. What is your favourite Bible verse?
    What inspires you?
The one inspiring me today is:

    Proverbs 11:22
As a jewel of gold in a swine's snout, so is a fair woman which is without discretion.

    Yours in Christ

May the lord forgive me for making such a perverse and personal assumption.

Miss Vaseline, when did you turn your back on Jesus and become a servant of Satan? And WHY?

How could you give up an eternity of joy, spent praising Jesus for His Perfection, continually singing hymns to Him in the heavenly chorus, for a few earthly pleasures followed by eternal damnation?

Thank you for this word of great inspiration! Praying over the computer and shouting the Lord's great name at has always word better then some IT Tech or "anti-virus." If you get a virus it's because the Lord willed, not because someone in some "lab" made it to be hateful. A virus is simply God's way of keeping you off sites you should not be on.

I'm always on the lookout for this threat, too.

It's good to cover all the "vents" on the computer and monitor with either several layers of masking tape, or (for a prettier look) wrapping paper affixed with clear packing tape. That way the demons can't get in. (Or if they're trapped inside, they starve.) Also cover any cracks in the nearby wall or on the desktop where the demons may be lurking.

Sometimes this makes the demons fight for their toehold harder than ever and slow the computer down even more, but I'm willing to pay that price and know I'm standing up to evil.

God will fix anything for free, not only IT problems but car problems, fiscal problems, health problems, he will make sure you don't get in an accident when you are asleep at the wheel, he will make sure the chemicals that you store in the same cabinet as the flour don't contaminate it, and he will protect you from criminals and homosexual rape when you are in the streets proselytizing. He promises this in the Bible, see Matthew 21:22.

Hey, if you want to be the one guy who doesn't trust in God to solve your computer problems, be my guest. But don't blame us when you have a problem that you can't fix on your own, because God will just be laughing at you then.

    Brother O'Fagan,

I can't agree with you more.

Whenever my computer starts acting up I always assume it's demons.

I usually turn it off and rebuke the demons at the top of my lungs, then turn it on and say a prayer as it reboots.

My computer is still up and running, so it MUST work.

    THANK YOU JESUS!

Very Inspirational! It just goes to show what the power of prayer has!

Keep in mind, if you had not been able to resolve the problem, it is not because your prayer was ignored - it would obviously have been because the Lord did not want you running the programs.

Thank you brother O'Fagen for that excellent and inspirational post.

When I'm at work (and forced to use a secular Operating System) the same faith filled technique works for me. It's as if God is speaking to us both.

If you grow weary of re-starting your machine, Pastor Isaac Peters JesOS is to be highly recommended. Not only is it featured packed, but the steady hand of God prevents it from crashing. I personally have an uptime of 730 days - an uptime only bettered by Godless Viagra users.
