Re: FIVE POINTS TO KEEP WOMEN IN THEIR PLACE

[QUOTE=Bob4God;281422]Feminism has all but destroyed marriage. Next to homosexuality, it's the second biggest threat!

In the olden days, women KNEW where they belonged in the grand scheme of things, and that was beneath (not beside) their husbands!]

I have never heard such an inconsiderate and imbecile comment. Anyone with an ounce of brain mass knows that as time progresses, so does the human race and cultural values. Clearly, you are too stuck in the past to understand that these changes have occurred. Maybe we should start burning us Christians at the stake because they are not the same religion as others? You are implying that old values should never change, but without change, where are we?

    I am honestly curious.

This girl child who comes before us claiming to speak with the voice of God is a blasphemer.

You will go to Hell, child, but in the meantime, we ask that you properly introduce yourself. What is your congregation? Please include the telephone number of your Pastor, that we speak to him about rebuking you properly.

    God Bless!

You're confused dear. The "deadly sins" foolishness is a papist invention to frighten ignorant, illiterate Mary-worshiping peasants. Besides, we know Roman Catholic papists are NOT Christians.

Now, if you honestly thought that your username would inspire a Saved Soul© to disregard everything the Holy Bible states, every word Jesus has spoken, and everything the Holy Spirit has confirmed, then you've come to the wrong place. We're not your back-woods red-necks here. We're Sons and Daughters of the King of Kings (2 Corinthians 6:18). You can be too, if you put down your feminist propaganda and read and trust the Holy Bible.

    We can help.

This will not be a very popular opinion, especially on a site that worships Jesus and God diligently and with passion. I am a firm believer in God, do not misunderstand, however the Bible, I know, speaks lies. A book, which was written Thousands of years ago is still worshiped by so many, but why? There is a reason people progress and evolve, and it is not so that we can stay caught up in the past and stay victims of old ways. Yes, for someone who does believe that this old book has any relevance to today, the idea of women being as inferior as dirt is true and backed up by God, but can you honestly sit there and say God would want half of the people that he created to be treated as less than that? If anything, it is disrespectful to treat one of God's creatures unkindly for no reason. Those who argue that women have always been inferior and should still be should open up their eyes and see the world that God has created for us now, after thousands of years of evolution and progress, he has allowed the human race to advance to this amazingly beautiful and equal world, where people are finally starting to realize that men and women are equal! Any who object are in denial of the progress of the world are therefore in denial of God's powers and creations.

God forgives, and the argument of Eve ruining the whole female race for all eternity is ridiculousness. Childbirth is a gift. Women have been given the gift of childbirth and bear the large responsibility of reproducing with little help of the male gender. All gifts come with drawbacks, and in this case, the drawback for the beautiful gift of being able to deliver a child is the pain that comes along with it. Those who think bearing children is a burden are sinners unto themselves.

I am a young woman of 16 years, who has proper grammar, and does not need to be backed up by our supreme leader to prove my point. Those who have read this far, I bless you. Those who are angry at this post, I am sorry. NO harm should be done to any of God's creatures, and any who oppose are disrespecting God.

Lastly, the confirmation E-Mail to become a member of this website said that if I were to argue with people on here, that I would be sentenced immediately to Satan's lair. The seven deadly sins are Greed, Lust, Gluttony, Pride, Wrath, Sloth, and Envy, and this warning itself (although I would never wish a sentence to Hell onto anyone) deserves such a sentence rather than myself who simply wants equal treatment for God's creatures. God is on my side, and he has touched me. Please believe in the name of God.

    Dear friend:

Do some of God's laws have pull dates? If so, how do you know which ones do and what those dates are? How do you know that the one Bible verse that you've quoted hasn't also expired?

If men like you keep displaying his attitude towards woman it will hugely impact the church - for the Christian church to stay relevant, you must adapt and evolve your views. This has begun in society, with default marriage vows changing from "Honour and Obey" to "Honour and Cherish". If you want the Christian faith to live on you must be tolerant and accepting, in today's society it is unacceptable to practice these beliefs, and you are pushing women away from the church!
Where in the Bible does it say that the church should alter God's law to stay relevant, and relevant to what?

I ask you, what would the church do without women?! Men need women just as women need men, how will you increase in number if you alienate all women in the church? What woman will wish to marry a man who treats her in such a hellish manner?
    A saved True Christian™ woman.

    Christianity is about tolerance,
    Do tell.

This is not Christianity, and these bigoted beliefs are not what I stand for.
    Prove it, using Scripture.

If this is Christianity then I refuse to call myself Christian.
It is, as you can see for yourself by reading the Bible, so you should.

If you are unmarried, I wish you luck finding a wife. If you are married, I wish your wife luck escaping a relationship that I would myself call abusive.
What matters is what God would call it.

Sorry sweetie, but you're the cherry picker here. You seem to want to ignore a large part of the Bible.
1 Timothy 2:11-15 11 Let the woman learn in silence with all subjection. 12 But I suffer not a woman to teach, nor to usurp authority over the man, but to be in silence. 13 For Adam was first formed, then Eve. 14 And Adam was not deceived, but the woman being deceived was in the transgression. 15 Notwithstanding she shall be saved in childbearing, if they continue in faith and charity and holiness with sobriety.

1 Corinthians 14:34-35 34 Let your women keep silence in the churches: for it is not permitted unto them to speak; but they are commanded to be under obedience, as also saith the law. 35 And if they will learn any thing, let them ask their husbands at home: for it is a shame for women to speak in the church.

The Bible does not change to suit liberals, as you seem to want it to do. God's Word is for all time, unchanging to suit fashions.
Leviticus 27:33 He shall not search whether it be good or bad, neither shall he change it: and if he change it at all, then both it and the change thereof shall be holy; it shall not be redeemed.
Revelation 22:19 And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book.

Yes, Christianity is in part about love, but it's really about God and following His Word, and God hates many things.

However, liberalism, feminism, atheism and a bunch of other 'isms' have led to a sense of 'equality' between the genders. This is outrageous!

GOD created MAN, and then plucked a rib from his side to create woman. (This is why men have one less rib than women, but that doesn't mean that women are special.)........

Friend, I pray that as you grow stronger in faith, you will find that thinking for oneself is highly overrated. God has already done the thinking for us, and He left it all conveniently packaged in one place for us - the Holy Bible (KJV 1611). It's up to us to read His Word, understand His message, and obey His commandments. When the Holy Spirit is within you, guiding your discernment and volition, there's no more thinking involved in acting in accordance with God's will than there is with breathing or walking. It just flows naturally, from a place of righteousness. With Holy Scripture available to apply to any conceivable situation you may find yourself in, it's simply a matter of remembering what the Bible says. I personally haven't had an original thought in over a decade, and I praise Jesus every day for that.

    Proverbs 3:5-6
    Trust in the Lord with all thine heart;
and lean not unto thine own understanding.
In all thy ways acknowledge him,
and he shall direct thy paths.

I have differing opinions than most people I know and I voice them regularly. And loudly. There's PROOF I think for myself. It's not even an option for me to have an opinion. GOD decided I should have one, and I should spread his word as much as any man.

That would be zero people. The holocaust is a myth created by Obama to steal tax dollars from hard working Americans. Everyone knows all Jews that died in the second world war died because God punished them for killing Jesus Christ.

What does your father say? Is he willing to help you find a True Christian(tm) husband?

And as we learn in history slaves were worth less then freedmen.
Don't be silly. While wives are worth less than houses, they are worth more than children, livestock or slaves, according to God's Holy Book.

But dear, that is how you get to heaven by being a good helpmeet and making Soldiers for Christ.

    1 Timothy 2:10-15

11 Let the woman learn in silence with all subjection.
12 But I suffer not a woman to teach, nor to usurp authority over the man, but to be in silence.
13 For Adam was first formed, then Eve.

15 Notwithstanding she shall be saved in childbearing, if they continue in faith and charity and holiness with sobriety.

And when you get older, your job will be to teach the young women how to be obedient helpmeets.

    Titus 2:3-5
    3 The aged women likewise, that they be in behaviour as becometh holiness, not false accusers, not given to much wine, teachers of good things;
4 That they may teach the young women to be sober, to love their husbands, to love their children,
5 To be discreet, chaste, keepers at home, good, obedient to their own husbands, that the word of God be not blasphemed.

What if I want a voice in my life. What if i choose not to bow down to another man's plan for my life.
Then perhaps Christianity isn't right for you. I'll pray for you.

The only plan for my life that I will willingly follow is my Father in Heavens and his is the perfect plan not any of yours.
God's plan for you is written down in His Holy Word, The Bible. It is your choice whether to obey it or not.

But I warn you. Failure to submit to God and your husband will mean you will be punished for all eternity in a lake of fire.

Does my place in heaven matter less then yours?
No, of course not. It is so simple even a woman could understand it.

    Galatians 3:28
28 There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus.

    But don't speak in church.

    1 Corinthians 14:34-35

34 Let your women keep silence in the churches: for it is not permitted unto them to speak; but they are commanded to be under obedience, as also saith the law.
35 And if they will learn any thing, let them ask their husbands at home: for it is a shame for women to speak in the church.
