Controlling a woman with a wood chipper seems a bit extreme. Why not just tell her what to do and beat her up if she refuses?

You have a serious issue on your hands. You have failed to do your manly duties. Just as the wife has her role, you have yours. Because you have slipped, she has sensed your weakness. You need to be the example in the relationship. Pray on it, ask God to make you into a better husband, and she will want to make you that sandwich next time.
