That doesn't mean anything. You can get a degree in political and social studies (which is basically what you'd get is you take a healthy interest in your surroundings and you're able read), or you can get a degree as a civil engineer. It's called Simpson's paradox.

Those women who aren't as educated are usually in countries where they are not allowed to be educated. But to say that women in general, everywhere, are less educated, is shameful.

Those women have also used LIE-beral demoncrat tactics to gain that ratio, even if it is true. If a college denies a woman's entrance, she runs to a lawyer and sues the school. Same thing happens in the work place. Affirmative action has done nothing but put men, especially white men, at a disadvantage in society.

Now, what are those women studying? LIE-beral arts, literature, or some other completely useless program like education?

Actually no, these numbers are like this because mens don't work hard enough in school and they have more drop-outs than womens who work harder in school and continue longer.

Brief summary:
boys may drop out more, but may well (or just do) follow studies that are more difficult. You can compare percentages, but they're insignificant without knowing absolute values.
