Re: I hit my wife for the first time

For what its worth, I hit my fiancee when she raised her voice at me and she chipped a tooth on the brass door knob to the den. It left a distracting scratch and obviously between clean door knobs or her, I want my doors unblemished, thanks. So... she's out the picture.

We are real people reading a real Bible written by a real God. As Sister Mary patiently explained, God intended for us to live orderly lives.

Were you looking for a site that discussed "equality of the genders?" You've dialed the wrong number.

Kent Hovind takes the Bible literally and is being targeted by feminists who brainwashed his wife because she refused to listen the first time. Do you think he is a joke? Do you think the Bible is a joke? This is a serious problem in America when women think they know better than Christ the Lord Himself about how things work.

Near the end of her life, she had a problem with being ungrateful for anything I did for our family. This included my paycheck, home repair, the time I let her see her parents, you know, things of that sort. I made a real breakthrough when I filled the bathtub full of water. Once it was full, I stunned her with a tazer and dragged her into the bathroom. When she regained her senses, I had her by the hair, with her face about an inch above the water in the tub. I then explained to her that everything she had in this world, including the ability to breathe air, was a gift from not only me, but God Almighty. With that, I dunked her head underwater for about 45 seconds before pulling her back out by the hair for about 5 seconds or so, before putting her back under. I repeated this process for about 15 minutes, at which point I felt that she had learned her lesson. I finished with a scripture reading, and forced her to give herself to me before having her make my lunch for work the next day.

Remember, simple hitting is effective, but sometimes you need to take things a step further in order to send the right message.

After I finished I went into the bedroom and she was putting her makeup on. She asked where I was and I told her I was working in the garage and she said I checked the garage and you weren't in there. I told her I must have been in the corner where she couldn't see me.

She asked if everything was ok, and that she noticed I had ordered a Bible from Amazon. I told her that I was reconsidering my views on God and there were going to be some changes in our house. I told her that she was going to have to leave or sell her company, we were going to start going to Church and she was to stay home to cook, clean and homeschool the kids. And keep in mind the whole time she's looking at me like I'm crazy and I'm feeling disrespected in my own house. I got around to Halloween and how we would not be observing it anymore and that pumpkin pies were not to be made anymore. I told her it had to stop.

She looked me in the eye and said "Are you out of your mind?!?" and that's when God himself spoke to me and said "This is your house, I am your God and she is your wife, CONTROL HER!"

I'm ashamed to admit it but I hesitated, I didn't know what to do. That's when I felt Him enter my body and felt my hand raise up from my side. The back of my hand connected with her cheek and she screamed "What the f@*% is wrong with you?!!!" Again, as if acting on it's own my arm swung out again and hit her in the face and she was silent, crying on the bed where she had fell.

After a few moments I asked her if she understood the changes we would be making and she nodded yes, never looking up at me. I said "Good, now I've worked up an appetite, why don't you go make some lunch." She replied that we didn't have anything to make and asked if she could go to the store and I said that was fine. She then asked if she could take the kids with her as they haven't been outside all day and that it would give me some peace and quiet to study my Bible.

I feel our talk was very productive and that she understands her role as she asked me permission to leave the house. And I feel overjoyed that God himself entered me and filled me with his Love and showed me firsthand how to deal with a disobedient wife. But most importantly I feel I have the proof I've spent my whole life searching for. God took control of my body and spoke to me personally!! I feel so blessed that he chose to reveal himself to me.

The wife should be home any minute now, she's been gone an hour and a half, I don't know what's taking her so long. I guess we were very low on food so she had a lot to buy. Thanks for reading, I just wanted to share the progress I've made!
You sinned by hitting her. The bible commands you to follow secular laws, hitting her was assault. She was also an unbeliever, you have no right to enforce the bible on someone who is not a christian. You tried to enforce your will through fear and she outsmarted you. Sorry, but you may be living proof that gender doesn't determine smarts.

If you can't pull a gun on your wife to correct her disobedience, what good is keeping a gun at all? The Second Amendment was put in place to protect exactly this kind of behavior. I am so sick of the woke liberals constantly trampling on men's rights!

Wow, making a big deal about hitting your wife? I recall having to straighten my wife, Mrs. Hutchins, out multiple times on our wedding day. Then just about every day after until one day the stupid woman fell down the well. How many times do I have to tell her things?

I've heard stories about a husband going years before he gave his wife a good round house kick to the head. Must of been a more tolerant man than I, which is hard to fathom as I am probably the easiest going, water off the back of a duck kind person. I know god does not put up with any shenanigans.

I guess, everything happens for a reason. If a husband has to slug his wife, she needs to take the time to reflect on her behavior and why she made me correct her. Of course, this personal reflection done after all her chores are fully completed. She should apologize to her husband for her transgressions as well. Communication is key to a happy marriage.

Indeed. One needn't be a mother of many to realize it takes two to fight. If the pastor raised his hand to stop his wife, whether there was a gun in it or not, we ought to be asking what the wife did to antagonize him to such a point where a man of God felt he had to "lay down the law." Did she conveniently forget the law? Or was it rather, she felt she was above it? I'd like to know.

There is a big headline about a pastor who pointed a loaded gun at his wife. This is not an unusual story but the article went into a questionable legal issue.

It referred to the Pastor's actions as "domestic violence." Is it "domestic violence" if the husband points his figure at his wife and says, "You look great." Pointing a loaded gun is no different. In pointing a loaded gun he did not pull the trigger or hit her. Where does the word "violence" come in?

And as usual in these cases accusing a husband of wrongdoing, there is no record of what the wife did to provoke him.

It depends upon what the meaning of the word 'is' is. If the—if he—if 'is' means is and never has been, that is not—that is one thing.

I'm well aware of logical fallacies, it's just that I'm pretty sure that there's something broken inside you if you lack so much empathy that you think it's ok to abuse women and children. Perhaps you should google "empathy".

People who take the Bible at face value know that God, in His Righteous Judgment, drowned every human being on earth except for eight individuals. They understand and accept that all the animals in the world were also drowned other than the designated numbers herded onto the Ark. Would you consider such actions abusive, or would you submit to the authority of The Lord?
I think hitting someone in a situation other than in battle is considered abuse by almost any person alive. Point out to me anywhere in the bible where it states that you should hit your wife, please. I'm all ears.
