Re: Dead Raising Team Forming in Freehold

God has a plan for each and every one of us. Jesus tells us if we pray hard enough in His name, we can change that plan.

    Amen, in Christ's name.

Christians are superior because we possess an understanding that unbelievers lack. It is through the Power of Jesus only the converted mind is able to understand what is going on in the world; what the Communists are really up to; what Satan's intentions are. Most unbelievers do not even believe in Satan and cannot understand his tactics.

This is a place for praise and fellowship among True Christians™, not giving a soapbox to unsaved trash to spew ignorance and cloud the air with your spiritually bankrupt opinions.

[not at all sir, I am saying that you, by raising the dead, are coming dangerously close to necromancy. Furthermore, I would never, ever say that miracles of GOD are the work of Satan or of evil in any way, shape or form.]
It's not necromancy if we manifest the fruits of the Holy Ghost, and your equating the two is why I issued my previous rebuke against you about blaspheming against the Holy Ghost. The fact that you persist in your error indicates that you have already rendered yourself ineligible to receive Salvation due to committing the one unforgivable sin.

Not that I would expect you to understand what it is to truly be Saved and filled with the Spirit, but once you have been rendered pure and free of sin, indeed incapable of sin, we receive certain gifts.

      Hebrews 2:4
God also bearing them witness, both with signs and wonders, and with divers miracles, and gifts of the Holy Ghost, according to his own will?

When we manifest these gifts of the Holy Ghost, we are acting in accordance with God's will. This includes His directive to raise the dead.

      Matthew 10:8
Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out devils: freely ye have received, freely give.

It is only necromancy if we raise the dead under our own power or draw power from dark arts. However, when True Christians™ raise the dead, we do so by power granted by the LORD, with His explicit instruction to do so. This is not without precedent. As Blood-bought children of the Lamb, our minds are in tune with that of our Savior and our Spirit-led actions are above reproach in all matters, especially when such criticism is coming from unsaved trash such as yourself.

      I Corinthians 2:14-16
But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.
But he that is spiritual judgeth all things, yet he himself is judged of no man.
For who hath known the mind of the Lord, that he may instruct him? But we have the mind of Christ.

This passage tells us to heal the possessed, not raise the dead, furthermore, it was Jesus that healed him.
This speaks of Jesus' miracles, not the miracles of man.
Not Relevant. Also, please stop being lazy and quote the entire passage.
It is annoying when I have to go back and fill in what you don't
This passage is irrelevant to the case you are trying to make, this passage is about being together and working together, and that people divided in a community will not last long.
This passage says that satan will not destroy his own kingdom, not that man cannot fall to his trickery.
You are strengthening my case, we must be careful what we do, or we may be tricked into doing such things as this.
This passage is in reference to exorcism, not reanimated the dead.
      Not Relevant.
      Not Relevant.
Not Relevant. There is no blasphemy in what I say.
How is this relevant in any way? My point is that resurrection is not of man and should not be of man, GOD should be the only one to wield that power.
I see the concept of a paragraph (or series of related sentences) eludes you. Mealy-mouthed unsaved trash like yourself often exhibit a tendency to cherry-pick Scriptures, twist their meaning, and take them out of context. This is why I took the opportunity to provide Jesus' warning against blaspheming the Holy Ghost to you in its Scriptural context. But apparently even that was not enough. I'm not sure how often you dined on paint chips as a child, but reading comprehension is clearly not your strong suit.

Let me spell it out in bullet points for you, since one sentence at a time seems to be about all you can handle:
      • True Christians™ receive gifts of the Holy Ghost (Hebrews 2:4), enabling us to act as His instruments on earth (I Corinthians 2:14-16), working signs and wonders and miracles in His name.
      • Jesus commands us to go out and conduct miracles is His name, including healing the sick, casting out demons, and raising the dead (Matthew 10:8).
      • When we work miracles, the power comes from God, not from us, and not from witchcraft.
      • To call the workings of the Holy Ghost the work of dark forces is to blaspheme against the Holy Ghost (Matthew 12:24-31; brace yourself, idiot; this requires reading multiple sentences in context).
      • Blasphemy against the Holy Ghost is the one unforgivable sin (Matthew 12:32).
      • You have come to our Christian forum and blasphemed against the Holy Ghost by calling our miracles necromancy.
      • Your sin will not be forgiven.
      • You will go to hell when you die, and you will be tortured for all eternity because you just had to come to this Holy Place and get sassy with your spiritual betters.
      • Enjoy hell, idiot.

The rest of your pathetic attempt at hermeneutics and exegesis does not dignify a response, as you have clearly shown yourself to be an irredeemable unsaved fool, richly deserving of the eternal torments that await you beyond the grave. And besides, Jesus tells us to have nothing to do with unsaved trash like you.

      Matthew 10:14-15
And whosoever shall not receive you, nor hear your words, when ye depart out of that house or city, shake off the dust of your feet.
Verily I say unto you, It shall be more tolerable for the land of Sodom and Gomorrha in the day of judgment, than for that city.
      II Thessalonians 1:7-9
And to you who are troubled rest with us, when the Lord Jesus shall be revealed from heaven with his mighty angels,
In flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ:
Who shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord, and from the glory of his power

The man who is being progressively sanctified will inescapably sanctify his home, school, politics, economics, science, and all things else by understanding and interpreting all things in terms of the Word of God and by bringing all things under the Dominion of Christ the King. -R.J. Re: Dead Raising Team Forming in Freehold

Pastor Zeke--This is a wonderful plan. You have the backing, including the full faith and credit, of the City Government of Freehold.

Your City Government is always on the look out for projects that are in the public's interest. I can't think of one that fits that requirement more than raising the dead.
Isaiah 24:1-3 Behold, the LORD maketh the earth empty (2)...as the taker of usury, so with the giver of usury to him. (3) The land shall be utterly emptied, and utterly spoiled: for the LORD hath spoken his word.

            Where is Darwin buried??

Wouldn't it be a sight to have the resurrected Darwin in stocks being flogged with a scourge by the resurrected Regan? We could even sell tickets! Jesus would be offered skybox seating, free of charge, of course.
