I disagree with a lot of the things said in this post, but I would like to clarify one thing. You have stated that "Mickey", the cowboy character, "fans his hammer", and that it represents a sexual act. Fanning the hammer is a term used to describe the action performed when shooting a single shot pistol rapidly. By moving your hand in a fanning motion over the hammer, also known as the priming mechanism on an old single shot pistol, you are able to shoot what is usually a slow firing weapon several times in a row.

For all those who think Overwatch is bad, read this,

Mercy, not marcy, is like god as in she heals other people and brings them back to life.
Mercy and Pharah also stay together because it mutually beneficial to both of them to be together not because the are lesbian lovers. Zarya isn't even lesbian, she is just built like that. Also, Overwatch was brought together in a time to go against the Omnics or bad guys of the story line. How can they be sinful if the protect the world from danger. Genji, which is now a cyborg, was human but was mortally wounded by his brother Hanzo because he betrayed their clan/family. Mercy made Genji that way to save him otherwise he would have been dead. Zenyatta was an activist for robot rights in the Overwatch universe, there is nothing bad about him. Anna does not shoot her fellow companions with autism vaccines. She heals them with a biotic rifle. The bullets have healing agents such as mercy.
Before any people on this website bash, the game do your own research. Look at each story line very carefully as you can find a few of them on the internet. Don't be arrogant and assume the things that have been said about the game if you don't do the research and understand the concepts.

I am a Roman Catholic, college student, gay, male. I'm putting this out there since I have no fears of the foul things that will be said to me on this forum post. I live a fairly popular life, I'm friends with many kinds of people. Did I forget to say I'm latino? Yikes, sorry. But anyway, I do have many friends from many different backgrounds, white, black, hispanic, asian, etc. I do play my fair share of video games and this is a game I partake in quite a bit. I do enjoy the game and it kind of saddens me how blind people become from their religion. To push down others in order to feel like they're going to earn a place in God's kingdom. We don't even know if he truly exists. I hope he does, I hope I can live in his kingdom. But have you thought about your death? Truly? What if we end up in Oblivion? Meaning, your mark on this land, all the things you said, did, thought, these are all in vain if that were the case. You left your mark on this world, leaving the world with a negative feeling towards you. The group of people who believe like many on this post aren't a large amount of people, to think so negatively, to push people down so you can try to rise above them. I apologize for insulting your version of Christianity but, let's face it. Bottom-line, it seems like your group is racist, sexist, homophobic, etc. You can't explain what you do just because of your religion, at the end of the day, who's going to be with you on your death bed? To the father who smashed their child's computer, I'm sure you have done much more to hurt that child. Who's to say that your child will help you in the end? People are set on their own motives and they'll act nicely towards others who are nice to them, I'm sure if I did these things to my child (which I don't have yet) I would probably not expect them to be with me in the end. I wish to leave my mark on this world, I wish to make people happy in the end, if I die I want to live in God's kingdom which to you may seem impossible. Trust me, for I am a Catholic male, I have played this game, I come from a very religious family that has happily opened their arms for me even if some think I'm going to Hell. The game is not as satanic as you believe. The game is about an organization similar to the UN which is called Overwatch, an organization created to resist against robots which were war machines that had gone corrupt. I don't see how this can be satanic in the slightest. Take into consideration that this game is about a fictional future, so robots of course will be more advanced and may be used for military purposes. These names you call the characters are incorrect, Darya? Anyway, moving on. The character bios are all incorrect for the most part. You must be open to reading the original lore in itself in order to get these facts right. You can convince anybody of something as long as you manipulate them well enough. Please, take into consideration that the people of our world don't always mean harm. I don't wish to see any of you suffer, I've suffered enough hate through the years and you gaining hate only creates ignorance which in turn has made you hostile to certain groups of people. Well, have you bothered to look at the rest of my argument first? You have only poked and prodded at my first sentence. I made that sentence as a test to see who I am arguing with. Someone who will provide true fact, or someone who will make fun of me for who I am and nothing more. This "phase" isn't what you believe it is. If you must know, I have liked men more than women, I don't see myself in a loving relationship with a woman, I have no desire to kiss them or hug them or give them my time in a way I would with a man. You could speak to my mother all you'd like, because of course, you can't try to reason with a fag. I must undergo conversion therapy. Truly, you must try to at least read the rest of what I wrote and take it into consideration, I'm not here to try to discuss my sexuality, I'm here to discuss the issue at hand, the game itself.
