I see that before I go there if that is where I shall go I would hope to try to make the earth a better place wether it feeding the homeless or any other charitable activity first to at least try to better the earth around me and help the people god created.

Greetings, sinner, and welcome to the forum. Allow me to outline God's plan for making the world a better place.

Step 1

Destroy it with fire.

2 Pet 3:10 But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up.

Step 2

Create a new one -- this time without oceans (very important).

Rev 21:1 And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea.

Step 3

Populate it with Christians.

Rev 21:2-4
2 And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.
3 And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God.
4 And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.

Step 4

Get rid of everybody else.

Rev 21:8 But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.

So what do I do make the world a better place? I pray, "Come, Lord Jesus! Come quickly!"

But I suppose you know better than God.

Rev 22:5 And there shall be no night there; and they need no candle, neither light of the sun; for the Lord God giveth them light: and they shall reign for ever and ever.

It appears as though the new heaven and new earth will mainly just be a new earth and an empty heaven.

Now, I would put down my opinion on the matter, but I know it's invalid.

Word of advice? Don't call anyone who disagrees with you a sinner. I mean, I thought I was acting petty, you're not even doing it as a joke!


So, if somebody disagrees and you wish to convert them... Calling them a sinner doesn't help.


P.S: I started reading a bit of Genesis. Cain and Abel'S story, not gonna lie, I didn't know about. But I took note of it. I'm gonna see if my dad's bible study software can help me any better.

Thank you for that Information Basilissa! I will be sure to head over to that thread and introduce myself to everyone!

I feel I should talk about what this thread is about though. I am not going to specifically talk about the topic itself, but I just wish to address some things. I have seen several (maybe 3-6) posts countering all of the points made in the first 2 Posts made by Mr. Poppendorfer, and no posts countering these counter posts. Although I do believe that you can respond to what you want, just to ignore something entirely is not okay. I am not saying I personally like the game or even playing video games at all, although I can see why people do enjoy it. I find it strange that people ignore things that prove them wrong, instead of countering with even more information to prove the other person wrong. I do not wish to cause an argument or be banned, I just wanted to insert some advice for the future.

Heaven is a place where actual Christians go to spend eternity in the muscular arms of our Saviour Jesus Christ Himself to, sing His praises for all eternity with n'er a tea break: just the constant bliss to singing how great He is over and over for all eternity.

The idea that you could meet Hitler there just shows how you people like to come to our humble corner of the Internet and ride roughshod over our most cherished beleifs.

You would never meet Hitler in Heaven because you are not Saved®.

Ok honestly I feel like you guys need to realize that Jesus teaches us to love everyone but here I see a lot of hate, I think y'all need to calm down right now. I think god has a plan and that we all need to chill out this is all his plan. He has known since the beggining. So instead of worrying about some game focus on problems like starvation help the people around you like Jesus, with kindness and warmth. Would you stand idly by as a stranger ran into a burning building to save his iPad? Of course not!

Would you stand idly by as a clean limbed youth on the cusps of maturity with only the faintest wisps of downy hair on his soft cheeks goes into the showers after game practice when you know a drooling pervert waits, naked behind a stall, reading pounce on the sandy hairs youth and have his homersexualistical way with the crying youth's face and mouth? Of course not!

Playing this game will send you straight to Hell, I expect. I understand it is chock full of gaywise propaganda, liberalism and subliminally messages that are anti freedom of religion, I imagine.

I'm glad I don't have a Nintendos any more so my eager young nephew cannot be exposed to what I imagine is inappropriate.

You all just need to sit down and pay attention to what this guy is saying. He is a crazy man who has done no true research on the topic and is basing this all on what he thinks is correct in the game and then decided to destroy his sons computer with MAGNETS. I have never heard of a worse parent and I feel that his son probably hates him since Overwatch is a great game that helps people learn strategy and teamwork. And true a character is lesbian and that was made official a little over a day ago. Even then who cares, it's not like anyone will listen to the bisexual atheist who wants to prove a point to you extremists who are no better than Islamic extremists outlined by one of the FALSE character bios that this man had put.

Okay, just another quick one.

Of COURSE you're not going to meet Hitler in heaven. It was a response to the phrase " if Hitler or Putin repented, you would see them in heaven". A lovely thought, but not one I literally dream about.


Not everything is to be taken literally.

"Extremism" is always "cultured". I have read the Bible more times than you, so I know what I say when I say, and what I do when I do it.


If you like to be such "Cultured", you have threads here educating you in all matters of the Bible. Or you can read the whole thing. It will make you good. Even if you decide to be an atheist and go to Hell, at least you will know WHAT you don't believe. And if you call yourself a Christian, you will know what do you believe, as well.


Otherwise, I know I'm not the sharpest tool in the box. And I don't need to, because GOD HATES SMARTASSES and RATIONAL THINKING.
