    With all due respect, it's important to realize this is a video game. The people that play said game are doing so for nothing more than stress relief. The people that made Overwatch gladly did so to express themselves. You wouldn't get angry at Leonardo DiVinci for making the Mona Lisa, so don't discredit Blizzard's (the company who made the game) hard work. Rather than trying to read into it as find something that isn't there, take it for what it is. It brings people together through online gaming. Even something like this can be used as a platform to preach the Gospel to others. Video games start a conversation that can lead to Christ. I hope you take my opinion into account, but I understand if you disagree. Thank you all, and God bless you.

        You have not posted any Scripture. Here's a passage you could have used:

Therefore, it follows, no Christian could ever endorse a "game" such as the Overwatch and we at Landover take our responsibility seriously, to show what God has stated on the matter supported by Scripture and whether you agree with God or not surely you cannot dispute what He has actually said. Have you even heard of the Commandments? Have you heard of a little rule called "thou shalt not kill"? It can be found at Exodus 20:13 in your Holy KJV. What is Overwatch if not a cheap and nasty little murder simulator? Video games are nothing but interactive instructional videos on sinning!               Don't be silly. Faith isn't strengthened or weakened based on answers to questions. Either one has it, and questions become moot, or one doesn't, and no question will satisfy. Friend, if you're looking for a logical reason to have or hang on to faith, you won't find it in the Bible! You have to look into your heart.

                  Oh God is with me, dear. And He's with you, too. He sees you when you're sleeping. He knows when you're awake. He knows if you've been good or bad. He knows when you touch yourself at night. He knows the thoughts you have even before they creep up into your consciousness and you become aware of them. And throughout, He is judging you, keeping tabs on all you do, you fail to do, you think, and even that which you fail to think. This He will use against you on your Day of Judgement (2 Corinthians 5:10).

                  The only way to avoid the punishment that is due (eternal damnation), is to get Him to forget about it all. The only way to do that is to have faith in Jesus (Hebrews 8:12). There is no other way. There are no tricks, no loopholes, no shortcuts. If you do not have faith, you will be judged for your sins and you will be punished and will suffer for eternity (Matthew 13:42). If you do have faith, your sins will be ignored and you will join the chorus of angels praising Jesus forever and ever (see Revelation chapter 19 for more)! Understanding the Bible has nothing to do with it, dear. Believing it to be true does.

                    That's settled it for me, I'm going to finish reading and start believing. Just so I can check that I have it right, it's the KJV that I need to read, right? Just checking, because I've been reading that one and I've reached the book of Galatians.

                        Lotso, can I advice you to read the sub-forum "Bible in a Year"? Brother V and Brother Elmer, among many others (including the marvellous Martin J. Goethwathever) do a great job analyzing the Bible there, from scratch.
                        It is a very lonely task to read the Bible, and you are in risk of getting distracted by Satan and his minions. So following the footsteps of other True Christians is indeed very useful.


                        When I started my path to becoming a True Christian, I was dumb as dumb can be. I had a noticeable retardation (I was partially injun until cured by my faith in God) and I could not understand the American language (my papist parents educated me in a dialect of messican)


                        That sub-forum brought the light of Jesus to my face, and I have never left the path that leads to salvation ever since.

                          Is this guy for real? Not only did he get the names wrong but everything else as well. BTW creating an account (just to mention that) was a pain in the....oh what do Christians like?....punctured feet? yeah! a pain in the punctured feet. I'm for freedom of religion but when your religion starts to push into my life, then we have problems. I'm not going to go through everything wrong with what he said because it's 99% wrong and I don't like staying on crazy Christian sites. Play the game yourself or watch the lore videos on YouTube to see that this guy is spitting ****. Whatever his reason is for hating on Overwatch, I can tell you it is not sound....for Gods' sake (not wrong look it up, your god talks to other gods in the bible) the bible is more F'ed up than most games now days.                                 That is what happens when you don't have a God. Then everything is centered around you. How many times have you used the word "I" in your paragraph?
