I have to agree with you there, it infuriates me that television influences our children so much in this day and age. Hardly a day goes past when my 9 year old is not prancing around pretending to be Hannah Montana or wanting a skimpy cheerleader outfit so that she can look like the girls in High School Musical. She's yet to ask me for a pink wig though, but to be fair, Lazy Town just isn't that popular anymore.

Now I think the only remedy to this situation is to abolish children's television all together and send the kids out to play (only if one lives in a safe and pedophile free neighborhood of course).
