There are specific cases in which n−3 fatty acids (popularly referred to as omega-3 fatty acids) can reduce the effects of brain damage caused for example by aging. But in most cases people do not get smarter from eating fish. You could consider reading the Journal of Neuroscience if you want to know how all this really works. But I think saving your soul by starting to read the KJB1611 Holy Bible should be your top priority to prevent eternal damnation to hell.

Never believe something just because it is told to you. Especially if those telling it are your government. Always use your God given brain to figure it out for yourself!
