Um, you people do understand what the term "photoshop" means, right? People with a very perverted and sick sense of humour edited photographs or animations from the show, and made it to look that way. These images/videos were NOT produced by the show.

The show really isn't *supposed* to be about pedophilia, or homosexuality, or any other outrageous thing. If you perceive it as such, then that means your mind is in the gutter and either you are not thinking clearly or you are purposely trying to vilify something that is supposed to be an innocent child's program. I have a younger brother who watches the show, and if you believe an innocent 5 year old is going to go to hell for watching a show on Nick. Jr, then I feel very sorry for you. The show's message is about how the world's youth has become lazy, and the girl is there to help them get out of the house and excersize. If that is sinful, I'm very sorry... Again, the only way this show is promiscuous is if you view it that way, in which case you have a problem upstairs because YOU are the one thinking impure thoughts.
