Why no, no it's not. When one has been born again of the Spirit, there exists no temptation, only a desire to serve the LORD (1st John 5:18; Romans 6:6-8).

What about Jesus? I believe in him and believe that he died on the cross for my sins. I just believe that this game is getting too much of a beating. I'm glad this post is alive because I have more to say, but it's midnight in Wisconsin and need to go to bed bow. I'll catch up in the morning. Have a good night and god bless you. I'll reply to any comment you leave in the morning

    Hello Lucas,

What exactly is the temptation you are mentioning?

Re: Fallout 3: Another Satanic, Violent game from "Oblivion" creators

I myself am Christian and have recently replayed Fallout 3 and enjoyed it very much. Am I pretty sure that this forum is "dead", but I'd still like to comment.1. Yes. The game is violent. It's a war game. It is possible however to complete without killing anybody. It's not hard.
    2. Yes. There is swearing and while it is a sin" you still hear it everywhere outside of games. You need to get used to it and not do it yourself.
    3. Those perks are designed for players who go down the "evil" path. There are also perks that allow you to do good things like the animal friend perk.
    4. Some quests are for players who want to do bad stuff. In the quest you mentioned, of you choose certain options, you can make friends with your "targets" and not have to kill anybody. The name refers to zombie movies.
    5. Yes. There's an enslaved prostitute being forced to offer services. You don't even see anything and you can even free her from her slaver. Anti slavery is always good.
    6. There are major consequences for killing some people. Regulators who are lawbringers with good morality will attempt to kill you since you're a killer yourself. You can't do certain things, etc.. It really hurts the game to kill everyone. Also. Some people are unkillable. Also, you really underestimate teens if you think we go home and have wonderful fantasies of killing everyone we know. That's kind of sick on your part.
    7. The homemade weapons just add unique play styles. They in no way inspire terrorism and I don't think anyone is going to make weapons because of THIS game.
    8. What's wrong with ghouls? They used to be human, but radiation and heat from nukes burned off their skin and made them look that way. I thought that all men were created equal.
    9. It's not a mockery. It's just inspired by the bible. It gave the main characters the idea that they could restore pure water to a Terra formed world. That's a good thing.
    10. Come on. They're kids who grew up in those caves without adults and formed their own society without any adults. They look after their own and don't take kindly to outsiders being the adults. But hey, if you want to be sadistic and punish the brats, you can sell them to slaves. I would never do that, but you said that they deserved punishment.
    11. Computer hacking and lockpicking can be used for good or evil. You can either pick a lock to break in or pick a lock because there are prisoners of cannibals who are about to die and only you can free them. Or hack a computer to stop an additional nuclear weapon from killing hundreds.
    12. What's wrong with alcohol. Isn't wine the blood of christ? It's all about how you use it.
    13. You say drugs are promoted and have no consequences. You're wrong. It may increase one attribute but lower others in the process. Then you face withdrawal and it hurts the player's character. 14. Of course it's a false religion. You can't get mad at a game because theres another religion other than Christianity in it. You can't get mad at a game because one character is jewish.
    15. Saint Monica church is just another religion that formed after the apocalypse. I also don't take kindly to your accusation of catholics not being christians. They may have added some false beliefs but we all believe that Jesus died on the cross for our sins.

Just be the good guy in the game. Don't kill, avoid combat, help others, be nice to everyone, don't do evil, and stay christian. It's entirely possible to do. It's just a challenge, but isn't avoiding temptation always a challenge?

Not true. It has to do with the way kills are credited. The player in question was directly responsible for the deaths of many, but not in ways which would trigger his killscore. Mines, booby traps, etc., or getting companions or others to do it for him. Do your research before making laughable claims like that, kk?

There is a priest in Fallout 4, "Father Gabe", but he's a ghoul too, and you kill him after he attacks you (or run away).

I saw a video of this game when we were first coming to terms with its iniquity. They didn't have a single Bible verse anywhere in it to instruct morals and I didn't see a single Pastor.

I'm am very sorry that some would be so blind as to call this game a satanic blasphemy.True the violence is a bit much, but there are settings to control how much blood you want to experience, as for no consequences, you have a meter that will affect you for the rest of the game. The fallout is a game that chalenges your morals, one player beat the entire game without killing a single creature or human. as for the sex, sex exists in the real world, why would it not exist in a world of catastrophy? My finale anger is the fact of the so called "Gouls" who you so called good guys. The ghouls are regular people deformed by radiation poisioning. I f a mentaly retarded person walked up to you, would you call him evil and place him among the damned? Fallout is the true game of morals.

Your brain seems full of mush. The Earth is only 6,000 years old. How can the Bible be millions of years old? How can these dinosaurs be millions of years old? Also, yes, we have AD and BC. Anno Domini (AD) means "In the year (or time) or our Lord. It is in the language of the godless Romans. Would not that mean that even the idol worshipping Romans admit that Jesus was born over two thousand years ago? The time before Jesus, was that not Before Christ (BC)? Do you need more proof of Jesus?
I believe that your poor reasoning ability stems from frequent video game playing.

How do you know they're "millions of years old"? You wouldn't be so gullible as to take someone else's word for it, would you?

Oh, I know, you read it in a book, therefore it's true!!!

    One more question:

Also i'm pretty sure someone didn't document the life of Jesus or Moses or Noah or everyone in the bible into a book and not die in the process by multiple things like starvation, dehydration, murder or just plain death. How would he know about Moses talk with God as he appeared as a burning bush when that was a private conversation? or what about what everyone was thinking or saying? These things raise questions that you people don't know the answers to, so you make up bullshit explanations and answers to continue to trick your cult.
You took a break from twiddling your little joystick to join us in Bible discussion? It's a miracle!

But why don't you take it to a more appropriate forum, gordo.
