You say this is creating violent fantasies in our children, even though the ESRB rated Fallout 3: Restricted 18 year olds only, it even says on the games cover.

A child could not get there hands on the game from there local store because they wouldn't sell it to them because he is not 18, and there parents wouldn't give it to him because they are good parents and want whats best for their child.

I played Fallout 3 when I was 18 and it didn't trigger anything you said with me, the atom bomb which you can detonate is optional thing you can do, also you can choose to defuse the bomb instead of blowing it up.

All the nuclear weapons you mention is just 1 gun that is hard to find and in a game about nuclear warfare and radiated monsters, you expect to fight them and have to fight your way through to the next objective.

The quest titles aren't offensive like "you gotta' shoot them in the head." most of the quest titles are references to other media, like the quest called "Those!" were you have to clear out a nest of giant ants which is a reference to the movie "Them!" with giant ants scaring away people.

With the perks like most of the things in the game are optional. Most of the perks are to help you out with the game like "daddy's boy" which upgrades you medicine so you can heal more, the perks like "bloody mess" and "cannibalism" are more gimmicky perks for if your bored and want something unusual to happen. The "mister sandman" perk is you can successfully kill people more silently, not you can kill innocent people in their sleep, the game even makes it clear not to kill innocent people, if you even attack 1 single innocent person the entire town will try to kill you (and usually will successfully kill you) which causes you to steer clear of hurting any other innocents.

"There is prostitution in the game. If you go to a place called Moriarty's Bar, there is a woman who offers to fornicate with you for a price. The player is able to have sexual relations with this woman." this is true, but you do not hear or see anything of the sort, it just fades to black implying that you did a sexual act.

"You can pretty much kill whoever you want, even good guys. The game makes no consequence for your actions. At most, you have to leave a town for three days, but it allows teenagers to live out "spree killer" and "school shooting" fantasies." the game DOES have consequences for your actions, you obtain negative karma which contributes to the end of the game, when you reunite with your dad at the end of the game, if you detonate the nuclear bomb in the town, he will question you about giving you negative karma which causes you to receive more negative karma which gives you the worst ending (you should strive for the best ending the game implies). As for the kill anyone, like I said before, they will kill you before you can kill everyone and when you die you go back to your last checkpoint and everyone you killed is alive again. For the "teenagers to live out their killing spree and school shooting fantasies" at least it's in a Fake Virtual Game where non of it happens in real life.

"The player can create their own homemade weapons like a "dart gun" and "bottlecap mine" which encourage domestic terrorist activities. How many kids might be inspired to make their own pipe bombs after playing this game?" First off, it is very difficult to make these items in the game, making players steer clear from them. Second they're homemade because you are in the apocalypse where everything from food becomes hard to com by. Third, "encourages domestic terrorist activities" making your own pipe bomb as a teenager is nearly impossible, people take note what teenagers are buying, so if they're buying gunpowder and other things like that, they might not sell it to them. also making a pipe bomb is hard without instructions which there are none for.

There are beings called "ghouls", which appear to be some kind of zombie demon out of a horror movie. While many ghouls are bad, some are considered "good guys". The Ghouls aren't zombies, they are regular people. The game bases around nuclear bombs being dropped and people surviving in underground Fallout shelters called "Vaults". In the game most people didn't get inside these Vaults because they didn't have time. Ghouls are people who didn't make it into one of the vaults, but also are people who didn't die from the nuclear blast, instead they became irradiated from the nuclear blast and became mildly disfigured and voices to change, also the blast extended their lifespan so they live 200 years more than their original human lifespan. There are 2 types of Ghouls: Regular friendly Ghouls and Feral Ghouls. Feral Ghouls who after they're 200 year lifespan extension, the radiation begins the take over and basically takes over their bodies turning them evil, causing them to attack you.

However instead of pointing out that this verse revolves around the Lord and that He alone can provide eternal life, this game misconstrues it and takes it to mean that we can make water-purifying systems. It is a mockery of the Bible!". IT ISN'T MOCKING THE BIBLE. Right at the beginning of the game they introduce Revelations 21:6 to you, your father in the game says "That's a quote from the bible, Revelations 21:6. It was your mother's favorite verse" it becomes the main focus in the game because at the end of the game it turns out your father use the verse as a code for a machine that would create pure, non-radiated water for whats left of humanity, helping people who are in dire need of water, you can even find people who ask you for water and you can give them pure water.

"There is a group of misbehaving brats in a town called Little Lamplight. They do anything they want and disrespect adults. There is nothing in the game that can correct this behavior even though the Bible tells us how to deal with such rebellious imps: Proverbs 13:24 "He that spareth his rod hateth his son: but he that loveth him chasteneth him betimes." Nowhere in the game can you punish these children for their behavior. It tells kids they can act however they want with impugnity."
True you cannot punish them, but you can teach them to be good. In the game you can give yourself a perk called "Child at heart" where you can talk to children and convince them to be nice to adults and let adults into they're town.

"You are able to pick locks and it's a skill. You can basically break into other people's doors, safes, and other secure places and steal what you want at whim."
You mainly pick locks to safes in abandoned buildings that are uninhabited by people and pick locks on doors in abandoned buildings just to reach the same safe. True you can break into peoples houses, you cannot take their stuff without receiving negative karma, again causing the town to chase you down.

"It also promotes Computer Hacking. Through the skill "Computers", the player can hack another person's private computer, even though hacking is a federal crime."
Again, you only using computer hacking in abandoned building or builds where bandits have taken over and taken over the security systems. We all know hacking is a federal crime, in the game they show hacking as a mini-game which doesn't even resemble the real life version of hacking.

"There is a lot of cursing in this game, with the A-word, S-word, and F-word." There isn't that much swearing, after I finished the game I was kind of surprised there wasn't that much swearing, there are more insults resembling things in the game like "Skag breath". Also swearing is more of a real life problem than a videogame problem, also the rating says R18: Contains Graphic Violence, Offensive Language.

"Alcohol is available in this game through such forms as whiskey."
Yes there is alcohol, but it doesn't even do anything in the game, it's more of a decoration. Also again alcohol is more of a real life problem than a videogame problem.

"Drug use is promoted. There is a syringe called "Med X" (Heroin), a drug called "Psycho" (Methamphetamine) and "Buffout" (Steroids). Taking these drugs makes you a stronger player, so drugs are encouraged in this game. Even though you can get addicted to the drugs, you can always just see a doctor to cure the addiction. Nowhere in this game is there any Christian pastor to help you overcome addiction through faith in Jesus Christ. Nowhere!"
Firstly Med-X isn't based off of Heroin, it was originally called Morphine as in the drug doctors use on patients to ease the pain, Psycho is a made us drug in the game which isn't based off of anything and is used to steady your aim in the game. and finally Buffout isn't steroids, it's Pain Killers.

Bethesda Softworks is a amazing company who release some of the best video games up to date, look what people rated Fallout 3: 9.3 or look at another game of theirs: Skyrim: 9.6 or Dishonored: 8.5 or Oblivion: 9.2

Oh and by the way...they announced Fallout 4 which I am excited about.
