Witch Is why the game Is rated M for Mature(For people ove the age of 17) It's Not intended for kids :/ nor was the game degsined around as such, it's for adults, you can't blame a kid for playing it when it's the parrent who had to buy the game. Now I am 16 years old and I've played this game to death and I haven't done anything wrong, if this game actually drove someone to do such crimes, then they allready have serrious mental problems witch no ammount of playing the game would have stirred up.

People who honestly bellive this also bellive that DOOM spawned the collumbine shooting( many falsely clamed that the two made DOOM Wad's based on the school layout), witch agian is false as there was no evedence of these WADS even exsiting.

You people are taking this thing way too serriously, Just because somthing goes agianst the bible doesn't mean it's automaticly Satanic, and I'l be sure to tell you when the Devil jumps out my TV and drags me to hell.
You people need to get a grip and stop using Video games as a scapegoat to place all the worlds wrongs on to.

The problem, until a gamer kills in real life, we are considered 'over reacting'. Not a week goes by when there is not news of another gamer related death.
See, gamers as a whole are not very bright. They think they are, but all they ever have to compare to is other gamers. Basically, one cesspool is as clean as another. So when a gamer 'snaps' and goes on a murderous rampage, catching them is no harder than going to the kids parents basement, where the child is typically found, balled up in a corner with his 'blankie'. It is an open and shut case. Because of this and the fact it has become so common place, no one gives it much notice any more. Everyone is too busy texting, drinking their latte and driving the Prius to notice.

I have done enough research on the game. I know where it takes place and what year it takes place in. Just because it is in the future does not mean that it can promote Satanism and violence with impugnity. You think because it is set in 2277 that cannibalism, mass murder, wanton sex, and profanity should be allowed? A game like this should not even be around, even with the "mature" rating.

To me the Mature rating in video games is completely nonsensical. It says that you have to be over 17 to play the game, but what kind of adult would play a video game? Only an immature, socially retarded, morally twisted, God-mocking adult would.

You're a knucklehead. MANY gamers are mature and are not socialy retarted. Stupid Dummy!

This board has made me realize me something that makes me very sad. I hope most of you are very happy. I read through the bible, it took me a day, and I sat down, and looked over the reasons for God doing these things. And after about an hour, it slowly came to me. There's only three explinations.
a) God doesn't exist.
b) God treated the world like a plant, fufill it's needs, then sit and watch.
c) God's a sadistic piffle.

These are the only things that I could come up with, and they get me very down. Either God isn't there, doesn't care, or will probably make kindly Old Jehovas run over little Timmy with a combine harvester. If anybody has found any other reason for God doing the things in the Bible, and why he let them happen, please share them with me.

Friend, I understand your confusion. The Bible is not like War and Peace. You can not rip though it in a day and expect to fully comprehend it. You must read a bit, slowly digest and consider what you have read then go on. It can take years to have a good grasp on the teachings contained in it. You have to realize, it is the users manual for the entire planet in one tiny book. Each word carries the weight of God and should be studied from all angles.

Typing quickly wrong and typing slowly correctly, one is correct, one is wrong. Now, which do you think it is?

1) Typing slowly, with proper spelling, punctuation, sentence structure, no swearing like a squealing gay-boy
Or
2)Typing fast, with illegible words, reflecting a reduced mental capacity and maturity level of a small child, along with using words often spoken by lovers of the same gender.
