To be honest =/ I've never read the Bible.. I want to, but somehow I keep getting distracted. I'll be honest again, I'm playing Fallout 3 right now, but I'm only setting up a home in an abandoned city..

The book that I read, I don't believe that you would shun that book as it contains information of Saints.. True, some Saint are of other Religions in that book I think, but it still contains information on people that are as Holy as anyone in your book.

I am trying to say the same thing, that Jesus never forced anyone, God never forced anyone, don't you see that we're on the same page on that subject?

I think your first statement is the point he is trying to make. Alot of the people around here enforce their opinions on others. Not something jesus did. He was followed because he was good and did good things.
How do you expect other people to be lead by example when Christians on this site are bitter to non christians. How are those people supposed to be saved or helped if they see christians as bitter towards them instead of open armed??

People come on OUR private web site and constantly attack us like you are doing. Do you mind if we come all come to your home, 24 hours a day and do the same? Did you follow our forum rules? Did you read the FAQs before posting? No, you did not. Thanks for caring, pal!

There are many books about everything. We read on Book on religion, the KJV 1611 Bible.

How are those people supposed to be saved or helped if the people who can do that for them shun them away?? Jesus would come to them open armed, offer forgiveness and advice.
Many of you are hateful and insult others for not believing or believing differently. I am not addressing your specifically, just saying that there are those on this site who do act like that.

I want to better understand the faith that I say I follow because right now I am really confused.

Though I will stand my ground on Fallout 3 being nothing more than a game and it not influencing my decisions because of the good way my parents raised me.

I have totaled over 300 hours of community service, this summer, my goal is to earn my doctorate in History, and I am an above average student. =/

I believe myself to be a good person, though I will also say I'm not proud of myself because I haven't gone to mass since Christmas...

I don't understand the site, I don't know what passages, should I simply look at the titles of the chapters in the normal Bibles and type those in with the KJ Version? Are the chapters titled the same in all versions?

I did nothing to be forced to do community service. I volunteered. I help out with fundraisers for education, raising money for shelters, being a personal guide for some people, and even participated in Church activities as ironic as that seems.

The last time I spoke to the Pastor I asked him the same question, and he said that I was living a life and I was being a good Christian though he did 'scold' me for not coming more often..

The site I referred you to will give you relelvat passages based on key words. If you have a question and want the Bible to answer it, put in the key word and search. Keep in mind the words are those of the Bible and street slang.
