The fact that you think Green Day is an upcoming and heavy metal band has already proved your stupidity, not only have they been around for about 21 years, but they are far from heavy metal .. stop listening to your harps for a second and listen to them. The fact that you even made a blog to trash a band you have never met is ridiculous. I'm 17 and I've been listening to them for about 10 years, and I have never been rebellious, never disobeyed anyone and have never even broken a law, so tell me where you get the idea that it threatens our youth? I go to their concerts and I listen to them all the time .. but I'm pretty sure I'm doing just fine .. and I'm even going to college next year to be in law enforcement. I have a tattoo, does that mean I worship Satan too? give me a break. If you think those who don't believe or listen to such bands as Green Day are satan worshippers or whatever you guys call it, then not only are you deaf, but probably blind and dumb. Then again, you can't be that blind if you all keep molesting little boys ... But who am I to judge ? oh wait I live in America nevermind I have the right to do that. As for your claims that all we do is listen to harps, I actually have a very eclectic (that means diverse for all the young ones out there) taste in music. I listen to almost all types of music including heavy metal, of which Greenday is clearly a part of. It seems to me that they are talentless hacks who need to learn how to play and actually develop tasteful and meaningful lyrics. "When masturbation lost its fun" has very little to no meaning. Plus it is clear they are against Christian values if they even choose to masturbate.

anyway fuck this, there's a load of great rock and metal bands who accept god. Avenged Sevenfold for example, taken their name from a verse in the bible genesis something or other. Just because 2 of greendays songs reference jesus, isn't a jibe at the state church, is just saying they believe in a different person then the majority of america. and yes the lead singer is bi-sexual, but thats his choice, not everyone that like the band is bi-sexual. and not all of them wear make up and nail varnish, me for example. yes i listen to that kind of music, so call me whatever you want, metalhead, satanist or whatever. but like i posted earlier its more of the sort od DnB hiphop acts that encourage underage/premarital sex and drug use.
