No need to be a *** potty language *** about it, i believe in god and that jesus died for my sins and all that good stuff, but i also don't understand the defference between christian and catholic just like you obviously don't understand the difference between punk and metal. One is black and white to you and the other is to me.

1. If you'd read my last post—it's the one before yours—you'd understand why ALL pop music from dark wave [Sopor Æternus] to grindcore [Blood Duster] to the various idiotic metal genres [Absynth Aura] is all SATANIC. Just read the lyrics.
2. A simple and I think very obvious reason why catholics are not, never were nor shall ever be Christians is because they worship IDOLS. God always condemns idolatry.
3. If you believed in God and that Jesus died for your sins you would know His standards. You don't.

I know several chatholics/christians/all other religions do.

It's not possible to be a Christian and love rock music at the same time as these two things are mutually exclusive.

First off its two words: Green Day

Second they are NOT metal (they consider themselves Punk but are too commercial now to be considered as such)

3rd: they are NOT new (they've been around since 89-90)

4th: they are called Green Day as a reference to them smoking pot back in the day (they're suppose to be "Straight Edge" nowadays I hear)

5th:They're only threatening you because you choose to believe they are threatening you
