Not even going to try here. Obviously this person does not like Minecraft, so they use it as a scapegoat by finding anything possible that could be taken out of context. This is called overreacting. You obviously are not close to God, because one of God's most highly valued words is to be willing to accept that which you may or may not like. In this case, that is video games and technology. Minecraft is what you make of it. Sure, you can be demonic, as you say, but you can also be Christian in it. It depends on how you play and what you play it for. I suggest you use the brains God gave you, and stop judging others for their beliefs and what they like. God says to love thy neighbor no matter what, no exceptions. Even if they are gay, or like video games in this case. Even if they are Lesbian or scummy Liberals. You must respect them and treat them like equals because they are humans too, created at the hands of God. God bless you all. I hope He shows you all the light.

Yes this game does I have seen it firsthand from my children, they all play it and are controlled by it. Me and my husband are worried that our current method of beating the influence out of them is not working

Minecraft is one of the most innocent games I've played.

That's not what I wanted you to gather from that. I'm not insulting notch. I love minecraft! Also how is he a dothead what did he do? Minecraft is one of the most innocent games I've played. Just cause you can build what ever you want doesn't mean you blame the game for what the player does... Also selling christian games is not viable because of how many other cultures you close it off to. Don't blame him for wanting to use his skills to make a fun game thats not christian propaganda. Your life can still be enjoyed. Also I know that minecraft was bought by microsoft and notch is no longer a dev working on it but still he got it started and went with it all the way to 2014! Till he sold it for millions. Not bad for a personal project eh? Anyways I don't know why you want to bash random people if they don't worship god all day and night. Can't you see that video games are wicked? Minecraft promotes an atheist worldview of a Godless universe. Children play this game and think, "Hey, this video game works just fine without Jesus. Maybe he's not real after all." But they'll see just how real He is, and just how enraged He can get when He takes them by the throat and choke slams them into the Lake of Fire.
