Honestly I'm not sure.

I do believe in a higher-up (I refuse to call it a diety), but I don't actively worship it or participate in any religous practices.

I guess I just believe in one.

I am a free thinking individual who does not require the security and self-fulfillment that comes with religion.

I have already done that by myself.

And Skyrim does not in any way push anything on the player, you can't actually properly worship any of the gods in the game, you can help their follower if you choose to, you can do a one time prayer at a altar to cure disease and get rid of all negative status effects.
