Re: My Little Pony - Satan's Newest Recruitment Vehicle
I am perfectly happy to be judged by how other True Christians(tm) act.
False Christians? No, I would not like to be judged by their God-mocking, Christ-denying behavior.
Where in the Bible did you get such a ridiculous idea?
Chapter and verse, please.
Then reconcile it with the genocide of the Midianites, Numbers 32, commanded by God because that tribe stopped worshiping Him and turned to false gods instead.
Not at all.
You misunderstand free will.
Free will does not mean you can do whatever you want without consequence. If that were the case, then any sin, no matter how heinous, would be fine and dandy with God.
Free will means you are able to do whatever you like. It also means that you must face the consequences for your actions.
It's just like living in any civilized society.
You CAN go out and steal a car, then rob a bank, and kill all the employees. Yes? It is possible to do that. You have free will. You can choose to do that or choose not to do that.
Choosing to do that has consequences. You will be captured, imprisoned, and possibly executed.
Free will under God is similar. You can believe in Him, obey Him completely and without question, and spend eternity praising Him in Heaven. Or, you can CHOOSE to deny He exists, or CHOOSE to sin. In that case, He will resurrect you at Judgment and cast you into His Lake of Fire, where He will burn you alive for all eternity.
No tyranny. The Law is clear, as is the punishment for breaking the Law.
Which will you CHOOSE?

No disrespect, but if your God is favouring others because of their interests and faith, then surely that's somewhat of a tyranny, rather that letting man have free will?
