just because someone doesnt think like another person doesnt mean they're 'spitting on someone else beliefs'. People just disagree. The problems when people like the ones who are against lesbians gays bisexuals try to put up walls and laws trying to take rights away from people they dont agree with, like happened in my state but guess what. There are indeed parts of the Bible about slavery. But the Bible is a highly advanced book. When God wrote it He realized, knowing all that would ever happen in advance, that some rules would have to be adapted over time. So in 1st Peter 2:13-17 and Romans 13:1-7 He tells us we have to follow secular laws. And since secular laws currently do now allow slavery, Christians should not have slaves in this day and age. When Sarah Palin gets elected and implements Biblical laws this will of course change.

So what if Muslim "infidels" or Hindus or Catholics come into power and decide to enslave you and force their beliefs on you. God loves all of His creatures and since you disrespect the power He has given you, you and all of your infidels will go to hell.
