Well Willie, I barely know you and I do not feel you are genuine at all. If you came to my Plantation, I am not sure if I'd open the gate, preferring to speak to you through the chain links and security razor wire.

Yes, thank you. I can see now the source of your angst and your attempted cover-up. What an exhausting existence you must lead, constantly feeling guilty, but constantly reassuring yourself that as much as you've offended God, He will simply pretend you didn't. That would wear down one's self esteem so quickly, I imagine.

And how very convenient for you. You feel guilty, therefore you must be Saved, even against all the evidence to the contrary. You alone have decided that your feelings are from above, and you find a church community that confirms your desires. There is no security in this. I don't know how you can sleep at night knowing that you could very well be projecting your deepest desires upon your mind, and simply convincing yourself that your feelings of forgiveness are the LORD's.

Might I suggest you accept your Godly Discipline as the Bride of Christ, and learn from it until your Salvation is secure? If you adopt the attitude of the submissive wife as explained here, if you embrace God's discipline, if you genuinely and sincerely repent, perhaps He will extend His offer of Salvation to you, too. Then your guilt will be gone and your struggles will be over and you won't have to play these word games with yourself. You too can be a loving Bride of Christ, a lovely adornment by His Side, not a thorn in it!

Remember Psalm 5:5 that stated that [God] hates all those who do iniquity? The question you need to ask yourself is "Have you comitted iniquity?" A better question may be, "What is iniquity?" Iniquity is breaking God's law (also knowing as sin). To find out if you've ever broken God's Law (The 10 Commandments) let's go through a few of them.

The 9th Commandment states "Thou shall not lie"
Have you ever lied? If so, that makes you not only a liar, but one who committed iniquity, or sinned against God. Remember, God is not impressed with the weight of your lie. You might say "My lie didn't hurt anybody." or "I didn't tell any serious lies." But remember, now you're just justifying before a just and holy God that you don't think lying is that big of deal. 5. Most of the persecution I get here in Canada is from the world including family members thinking I'm a fanatic bible thumper (which I'm proud of).
