As a Christian who is open to life (9 kids) and married to one woman for 25 years I am perplexed why many (or most) churches proclaiming to be Christian allow birth control and divorce?
The Dugans in Arkansas seem to be a rare breed of Christian who don't tell God how many kids they should have.
God is very clear that He hates divorce. And many churches not only allow but encourage adultery by admitting members who are on their 2nd, 3rd or 4th spouse.

I am 50 yrs old, 9 kids, married 25 yrs. I stay at home and pray with my family as there are no churches near me that hold to all the commandments of God.

I absolutely believe that God hates divorce, adultery and contraception.

Welcome to praising Jesus with us. You seem to have healthy ideas regarding the intricacies of mundane living.

Matthew 5:32
But I say unto you, That whosoever shall put away his wife, saving for the cause of fornication, causeth her to commit adultery: and whosoever shall marry her that is divorced committeth adultery.

Even more importantly, you also have a grasp of the character of God as a holistic entity that not only gives love and joy but also hates ferociously those who disregard His commandments. I see great potential. Do not let us down.
