Hello all,
Firstly I am very sorry to post this here however as I am new I cannot post anywhere else, please forgive me. I come to you today as a fellow lover of The LORD and his teachings in desperate need of some urgent advice. I have a friend named Daniel who recently brought a new car. Unfortunately this filled him with false pride and arrogance to the point where he acted like he no longer needed The LORD in his life. This lasted for weeks and his obvious sin was utterly utterly disgusting. You will all be pleased to hear that today The LORD finally lost patience with Daniel and acted. Daniel crashed his precious car and now has a huge repair bill (hahaha). My question brothers and sisters is: do I need to take it upon myself to further punish Daniel for his sin, or do you think that The LORDs intervention is enough? I really do not know what to do as on one hand I don't want to disappoint The LORD by not acting, but on the other I don't want to overstep the mark if it is not intended for me to act.
I have prayed on this issue but have not received an answer. I would love to know what you would do.
Thanks,
Alex
