All I'm saying is with great power comes great responsibility, and it seems as if God promoted you to Exulted Pissed Off Guy without leaving any instructions. He gave the prophet Ezekiel instructions (they were weird as hell, but you can't say it wasn't specific; Ezekiel 4:4-6). When will you start reading the Bible? As a Christian you are supposed to love (Luke 10:27) and fear (Psalms 25:14) God, not your friends (and especially not your family or even your own life (Luke 14:26)). And what would you do if God chose to harm your friends?

According to Jesus's teaching in the gospels (Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John) what is the greatest commandment? Love the Lord your God with all your heart. What is the second greatest? Love your neighbor as yourself. I follow these both at the same time, and honour God with all my heart by watching over my friends with all my heart.

My friends are also fellow Christians and His children; if He brings harm to them or me, it is for His greater glory. Though He slay me, yet will I still praise Him! (Job 13:15)

If their Salvation hasn't been guaranteed, I wouldn't count on it. The easiest person to fool into thinking we're Safe is ourselves (Jeremiah 17:9).
