Hi. I am TrueChristian16's Dad. My wife and I share this account now. I usually post and she just watches and tells me what to type for her. We were reluctant to come here at first. You sounded like just another church, and trust me there are plenty, but once we came to your site we realized you are so much more. My wife and I have converted (Thanks to our son) and regularly attend and financially support and local Baptist Church now! Praise Jesus!

Good point Brother Deaner. This man's wife may be in fact a domineering, leather clad thespian. I pray what sounds like a good Christian household is not infested by a serpent of Satan.

Welcome, Run2him! You're obviously on the right track, which is a very narrow road indeed, but there is still much work for you to do. The others have already mentioned your wife. Please don't forget that you are the head of your household and as such your wife must submit to you. That's a precious burden, as it is up to you to instruct her in godly ways.
It's good that you are donating to a Baptist church, but you should also start tithing to Landover in preparation for the day that you are truly Saved and are then welcome to move your family to Leviticus Acres.

Now, first.. Why do you let your wife decide ANYTHING or even speak?
The Holy Bible says:
Wives, submit yourselves unto your own husbands, as unto the Lord.
For the husband is the head of the wife, even as Christ is the head of the church:
And he is the saviour of the body. Therefore as the church is subject unto Christ, so let the wives be to their own husbands in every thing.
Ephesians 5:22-24

But I suffer not a woman to teach, nor to usurp authority over the man, but to be in silence.

Your wife is to submit to your every whim, and be silent. Always. Remember this, friend.
