I am sad to hear you have to live in such a liberal enclave as Maryland.

er, is ridding motorcycles really proper for a good Christian woman? I understand the bikes, are well, built buy union labor, you know. It just seems so unseemly.

My riding has GREATLY subsided since the introduction of K into my life. I used to put 10,000 miles a year on my scoot - and yes - I rode all year long.
Now, I'm lucky to put even 3,000 miles on.
K and I spoke about me giving it up but he has always wanted to ride but didn't for personal reasons. With me in his life, he feels it's a great opportunity to do more activities together and get him introduced to the hobby comfortably. Our first ride together is (planned) to be Rolling Thunder in D.C. this Spring. Nonetheless, my riding will now be monitored/scheduled by him.

A woman's place is in the kitchen, not on the road. I'm surprised you even figured out how to turn the darn thing on to be honest.

I was very independent before meeting K. I own my house, have some property, have a motorcycle (my third btw), have a Jeep (also my third Jeep), many power tools, have 3 tractors (inclusive of an antique JD 1010). I obviously have a good paying job and am very fortunate to have a white collar position within the company. As I have mentioned in some other previous thread - I was very independent and headstrong. K showed me the way and I know now he is all I need.

K does not want me to stop working. He helps in the household chores but I am responsible for the cooking, cleaning and laundry. I simply cannot cater to his every whim since I work 40+ hours a week. I wish I could do more for him but since we have no children, there really isn't a need for me to stay at home all day since I only have a little farmhouse to keep up for him and me. I couldn't possibly stay busy all day doing chores since they'd be done in only a matter of a few hours each day. It would seem lazy on my part and I wouldn't know how to fill up the rest of the time.

Of course - any advice or feedback is ALWAYS welcomed as to how I can show him that he is the center of my universe (of course above what I already do for him).

You have a JOB, outside of the KITCHEN?!

confusedchick, I believe this 'K' person is leading you down the wrong path. There are plenty of things you can do around the house to keep yourself busy.

First things first, Jesus says you WILL cater to his every whim. A good Christian woman serves her man at all times.

Thank you for the useful resource. I do not have time to thoroughly read it now but will when I get home.
K is not a religious man. He is not an atheist but I am more a believer than he. K's domination stems primarily from the fact that men are far more superior than women in every aspect. His beliefs are the same in the home - but for different reasons. I WANT to cater to his every whim and even be pre-emptive; to do things for him/to him prior to being told. I don't have that kind of time on my hands if I make it hoime a mere 30 minutes before he does.
I want to serve him in every way I can. There is nothing I wouldn't do for him. He is my reason; my caretaker; my lover. I am just his - plain and simple.
