Actually, if I gay could "prove" that he wasn't gay, he wouldn't be killed - The same with your faith, he could just vome up to you and say "I've repented" and walk off, and all is fine - He might not even have repented, but people always lie when their life is in danger.

As Brother Backfire said Jesus would tell us if the gay was lying.
