So you're saying we should hold people working on becoming ex-Negroes to the same standard as supposedly literate people that come into the forum? I've grow tired of your racist attacks upon fine Miss Valvoline.

Of course we should! How else do we promote growth?
If your child was spelling words incorrectly would you say, "Oh he's a child. Let's ignore the problem because he isn't up to adult intellectual standards." Or would you teach them with helpful advice so that he could grow and perhaps one day reach adult standards?

Also, this part is to forum moderators.
You know that little reputation bar that we all have?
Well mine says I'm a sorcer and idolater who worships false Gods.
Sorcer should probably be spelt Sorcerer and Gods should have a lower case 'g'. After all there is only one God but many false gods.

I grow tired of racist terms like "ex-Negroes". Color of skin has nothing to with one's salvation and a black person should not have to conform to become a white person for salvation. Why does she have to be an "ex-Negro" to be a True Christian. Why can't you just call her a Christian and ignore the subject of skin color for it has nothing to do with her faith. I also think it was more racist of you to criticize Doomageddon as a racist when he made an unrelated comment about someone else's grammar than anything Doomageddon might have potentially implied. It is as if you assume all black people are illiterate. And YES! Blacks and whites should be held to the same standards for all are equal in God's eyes.

Exactly where does the Bible say that everyone is equal? Post the Scripture, or apologize to Jesus.

                  Deuteronomy 1:17

17Ye shall not respect persons in judgment; but ye shall hear the small as well as the great; ye shall not be afraid of the face of man; for the judgment is God's: and the cause that is too hard for you, bring it unto me, and I will hear it.

                  Deuteronomy 10:17-19
17For the LORD your God is God of gods, and Lord of lords, a great God, a mighty, and a terrible, which regardeth not persons, nor taketh reward:

18He doth execute the judgment of the fatherless and widow, and loveth the stranger, in giving him food and raiment. 19Love ye therefore the stranger: for ye were strangers in the land of Egypt.

                  Romans 1:13-16
13Now I would not have you ignorant, brethren, that oftentimes I purposed to come unto you, (but was let hitherto,) that I might have some fruit among you also, even as among other Gentiles.

14I am debtor both to the Greeks, and to the Barbarians; both to the wise, and to the unwise.
15So, as much as in me is, I am ready to preach the gospel to you that are at Rome also. 16For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.

                  Acts 10:28
28And he said unto them, Ye know how that it is an unlawful thing for a man that is a Jew to keep company, or come unto one of another nation; but God hath shewed me that I should not call any man common or unclean.

                  Galations 3:26-28

26For ye are all the children of God by faith in Christ Jesus.
27For as many of you as have been baptized into Christ have put on Christ.
28There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus.

                  Acts 17:26 26And hath made of one blood all nations of men for to dwell on all the face of the earth, and hath determined the times before appointed, and the bounds of their habitation;

I see nothing among your Scriptures that says God views everyone equally. Once you have accepted Christ as your Personal Savior that is certainly true, but the unrepentant, the mockers, the revilers, the sodomites, the witches, and so on certainly are not viewed as my equal by God.

Not one of those passages stated that all people are equal.

Did you just pick out random passages?

Jake, what do you make of these verses in the Bible, and how do they fit into your view that the Bible tells us that all persons are equal?

Deuteronomy 7:1-2, in which God instructs the Israelites not to marry, and to kill, the Hittites, Girgashites, Amorites, Canaanites, Perizzites, Hivites, and Jebusites.

Deuteronomy 7:6, in which God places the Jews "above all people that are upon the face of the earth."

Joshuah 8, in which Joshuah, on the instructions of God, killed all of the people of Ai.

Joshuah 11, in which Joshua, on the instructions of God, killed all of the people of Hazor.

1 Samuel 15, in which, on God's orders, Saul "utterly destroyed all" of the Amalekite people.

1 Samuel 30:17, in which David, on God's instructions, fights the Amalekites, killing all but 400.

Matthew 15:26, in which Jesus refuses to cast a devil out of a Canaanite girl becuse "It is not meet to take the children's bread, and to cast it to dogs." (also repeated in Mark 7:27)

Matthew 23:21, in which Jesus excoriates the Jews because they "are the children of them which killed the prophets."

Romans 1:26-32, in which we learn that homosexuals "are worthy of death."

2 Corinthians 6:14-17, in which we are told that we must keep separate from non-Christians?

1 Thessalonians 2:14-16, in which we are told that, because the Jews killed Christ and their prophets, God's "wrath is come upon them to the uttermost".

Titus 1:10-11, in which we learn that Jews teach falsehoods "for filthy lucre's sake."

Titus 1:12-13, in which we learn that "Cretians are alway liars, evil beasts, slow bellies."

Christ died for all of those people. The only unforgivable sin is not accepting his gift of salvation before you die. These passages, many from Paul preaching the gospel, show that Christ's sacrifice was not an exclusive one. He died for Jew and Gentile, black and white, rich and poor! You are right in that come judgement day, the unrepentant sinners lose the chance to obtain salvation, but even those who have repented still sin on a daily basis. God cares about the sinners or he would not have let Jesus die on their behalf. His heart breaks for people who choose not to accept his gift and eventually go to hell, but this does not mean he loves them any less than a full-fledged follower. Didn't the parable of the prodigal son teach you anything?

First of all, you are wrong about the only unforgiveable sin. You can read about that HERE. Don't come in here blaspheming.

Secondly, no one ever said that Salvation isn't available to all. But Jesus did not die for everyone. That's a false Christian lie.

Jesus DID NOT die for everyone

He died for those that BELIEVE.

For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, THAT WHOSOEVER BELIEVETH IN HIM SHOULD NOT PERISH, but have everlasting life.
                            John 3:16
Everyone doesn't believe in Jesus, thus they will perish.

Your heretical point was that everyone is equal. The Bible does not say that, and if you were a Christian you'd know it.

Carrying out a punishment does not mean an absence of love. As he is a just God, he will enact punishment. Tribes of people that God smited were truly evil and had hardend hearts and God saw it best fit to rid the earth of them for they had rejected him although they began their lives on equal terms and if the had repented they could have escaped their fates. Why did God send Jonah to Nineveh? To give people that he loved a chance to change their evil ways before he judged them for it. Why did God spare Noah and his family from the worldwide flood and not others? Other families had opportunties to follow God and join Noah on the ark, but they rejected his offer. God loved all his people the same, Noah was just the only one that loved him back. The same goes for the sparing of Lot.

                              What about:
"For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God". ( Romans 3:23)
and why not quote Romans 6:23 where God shows that all of mankind is condemnable because "For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord." This verse shows that all men deserve to die, not just homosexuals or whoever you want to quote a verse about. YOU are condemnable to hell. My point is that the sacrifice of Jesus made a bridge for all humans to obtain passage to heaven. When Jesus came to earth, the unsaved trash were the ones he hung around with. He showed God's love to the poor, the sick, the lame, the lepers, and the prostitutes. Heck Paul was a former executer of Christians, but God still loved him and eventually Saul changed his ways and became Paul. This is the true gospel message.
