Here's what the Bible actually says...

And don't give me any "He hates the sin, not the sinner" crap...
Yes, yes, my right wing rapscallion. I will be glad to back up my claim of our Lord's perfect love for mankind with Scripture from your King James butchery of a translation.

      1 John 4:9-12

In this was manifested the love of God toward us, because that God sent his only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through him.
Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins.
Beloved, if God so loved us, we ought also to love one another.
No man hath seen God at any time. If we love one another, God dwelleth in us, and his love is perfected in us.

You see, it's only through believing in our Lord, doing His works and loving even the unsaved trash that that we will sit at the right hand of God upon the sound of the trump.
Proverbs 25:21-22 If thine enemy be hungry, give him bread to eat; and if he be thirsty, give him water to drink:
For thou shalt heap coals of fire upon his head, and the LORD shall reward thee.

That didn't seem to work out so well for the House of Jacob as man was incapable of keeping His word. Under the New Covenant, we are to be filled with the Holy Spirit to be imprinted with the LORD's new found love for His ant farm.

Since when does helping dogs lead to salvation? You should be helping your fellow Christians and not some worthless dogs.
May you be a blessing to every life you touch.

I am helping my fellow man by helping those unfortunate creatures. We are placing people with companions and helping to reduce the spread of disease and attacks by keeping pack numbers of wild dogs low.

I'm certainly in no position to judge you. That is reserved solely for the Lord of Hosts.

                    1 Corinthians 4:3-5
But with me it is a very small thing that I should be judged of you, or of man's judgment: yea, I judge not mine own self.
For I know nothing by myself; yet am I not hereby justified: but he that judgeth me is the Lord.
Therefore judge nothing before the time, until the Lord come, who both will bring to light the hidden things of darkness, and will make manifest the counsels of the hearts: and then shall every man have praise of God.

Re: Don't all jump to welcome me at once.

In Matthew 7:2-5, Jesus warns against judging someone else for his sin when you yourself are sinning even worse. That is the kind of judging Jesus commanded us not to do. If a believer sees another believer sinning, it is his Christian duty to lovingly and respectfully confront the person with his sin (Matthew 18:15-17). This is not judging, but rather pointing out the truth in hope—and with the ultimate goal—of bringing repentance in the other person (James 5:20) and restoration to the fellowship. We are to speak the truth in love (Ephesians 4:15). We are to proclaim what God's Word says about sin. 2 Timothy 4:2 instructs us, "Preach the Word; be prepared in season and out of season; correct, rebuke and encourage — with great patience and careful instruction." We are to "judge" sin, but always with the goal of presenting the solution for sin and its consequences—the Lord Jesus Christ (John 14:6).

                      Read a book.

oh my, something reeks of ego *sniff eew

You certainly have major designs on yourself. I have had past misfortune to be in churches where false believers fluff each other up, and brag of the so-called good works they do. There was not an ounce of humility in sight.
How is it the word of God and the love of God is in need of any improvement?
If you would only read the King James Bible, the True version you can clearly see this is all Pharisee sinner talk.
Matthew 23 KJV is a perfect example of what God thinks on these matters. Since you have an aversion to seeing copy/paste verses of True Scripture as they were originally written, perhaps you would like to hear the scripture read out direct to you, by one of our good Pastors. I know they never miss an oppurtunity to read God's word, despite it falling on deaf ears.
                            .
                            1 Corinthians 11:3

But I would have you know, that the head of every man is Christ; and the head of the woman is the man; and the head of Christ is God.
