None of the Apostles ever addressed Jesus as "J.C." or any other abreviations or pet names, now did they? I, for one, would not want to be standing too close to you when you just can't be bothered to use His real and full name.

Nor do I suspect you'll find much support for such blasphemous talk on this forum.

I'm sorry. That's why I was asking. You're absolutely right, but I do still wallow in ignorance. No blasphemy was intended brother.

Jesus is the apt word then and not the Aramaic or Hebrew versions I suppose?
