My name is Lance, and I am 23 Years old. I am a college student, studying speech. My goal is to become a translator for multiple different languages. I have been trained in martial arts, and still work out to keep up. I have been trained in Tae Kwan Do, Kung Fu, Jujitsu, kickboxing, and many other forms of martial arts. These things are my passion. That, and reading. I love to read. I'll read most books as long as it seems interesting. Once I am out of college, I plan to travel abroad, and see a few countries before I settle down and begin my career. I don't plan on taking long in doing that, three, maybe four months at most. I would like to stay in Japan for some of that time, and see the famous Sakura (cherry blossom) trees in bloom. I might go to other countries, volunteer to try to help the poor sick children, such as those in Africa. I have been dating my girlfriend for about three years now, and I am about to ask her to marry me. I want her to know how much I love her, and want to spend the rest of my life with her. Well, I can't really think of much else to say right now. If you have any questions, feel free to ask.

Re: Introducing myself
Hello, Lance. Welcome to God's favourite forums.
But why not tell us something important about yourself instead?
Such as:
What is your favourite Bible verse?
Have you accepted Jesus Christ as your personal Saviour yet?
Do you realize that the philosophies in martial arts are of satan?
And I must ask..
Since you claim a love of reading books, how often do you read the Holy Bible? (KJV1611 only.)
Atleast once or twice a day I take it?

Re: Introducing myself
Don't you know all those martial arts are satanist worshipping cults? You've been saturated with the heathen boodist teachings. I suggest some hefty repentance followed up by regular tithing. You may as well use the money that you were saving for your marriage to your girlfriend (was she even born female?), because any man who wants to travel to a land full of rice eating slanty eyed ancestor worshipping boodists to look at cherry tree flowers is definitely a homer. Theres plenty of time to repent Ninja, and plenty of people here who will be glad to help you. Stick around.Last edited by Brother Guy Bayard; 08-09-2007, 06:29 PM.The devil, whose business is to pervert the truth, mimics the exact circumstance of the Divine Sacraments. Re: Introducing myself
You have come to the right place. We have a pastor who has been assigned to Japan for some years now, trying to bring the Grace of God to the little yellow monkeys. I believe that if you have sufficient funds to buy his English Academy/Martial arts school, you would be able to accomplish two tasks at once. A wonderful visit to Japan, and a position as Sensei AND a linguist, all for only about US $100,000.Originally posted by Ninja View PostMy name is Lance, and I am 23 Years old. Re: Introducing myself
I don't do martial arts because I want to know how to fight. I don't do it to learn to protect myself. I do it because it's fun. I don't do it to see how well I can learn to fight. Buddhist monks aren't allowed to use their martial arts to protect themselves, did you realize that? They can only fight to protect other people. I am pretty sure my girlfriend is originally female, thank you very much. I'm positive I'm straight. I don't read the bible as often as most of you do, but i have indeed read it. That doesn't mean I'm Christian or accepted Christ as my personal savior. Personally, I haven't. Although, I can honestly say I haven't ever been tempted to look at other men. It was my girlfriends idea to see the sakura trees. She has seen pictures of them, and has always wanted to see them in real life. I think that is where I'm going to propose to her.I think we can all use a little Jesus in our life. Or, maybe a lot.

Re: Introducing myself
Welcome to the forum, Ninja! Your intro sounds very impressive! But I'm afraid the Godly pastors and brothers here won't be interested so much in your accomplishments and goals, as they are in whether you are Saved in Jesus as a True Christian.Originally posted by Ninja View PostMy name is Lance, and I am 23 Years old. They will want to know what verses of the KJV1611 Bible are your favorites, and whether you believe in all of God's Word literally as it is written in English.

Although, I'm beginning to wonder about the truths in the bible. I mean, I haven't as of yet accepted Christ, but maybe with your help, i can make it happen. I have always been a little interested in this, I suppose.I think we can all use a little Jesus in our life. Or, maybe a lot.

Believe me Ninja my friend, If you are uncertain about Christ, reading and contributing to these forums will clear up any confusion you may have, sooner for some, later for others. Please stick around. And stop worshipping satan.Originally posted by Ninja View PostAlthough, I'm beginning to wonder about the truths in the bible. Re: Introducing myself
She isn't Japanese. She is indeed white. She just happens to like the Japanese culture. Racism? Explain. And, I think I will stick around for a bit longer, maybe you True Christians can indeed clear up my confusion about christ.I think we can all use a little Jesus in our life. Or, maybe a lot.

Re: Introducing myself
What does she have against White culture then that she is so taken by the Japanese? It sounds like your girl friend is a slant loving racists and we TRUE Christians have no room for racism.Originally posted by Ninja View PostShe isn't Japanese. She is indeed white. As for Christ; Christianity is very simple; all human beings are vile dirt bags who deserve to be tortured for eternity for existing. The Good News is Jesus has died, temporarily, for your sins and if you accept Him as your personal savior you can join Him in heaven. Otherwise you will be sent to Hell when you die to be ass raped by demons.

Re: Introducing myself
I'm not sure what she loves about it so much. I think it is just there culture she likes, not exactly the people. I should get her to once I get my diploma, come with me, and attempt to teach the Japanese people about KJV1611? That way, we can do what she loves, and what is becoming what I love, In a way that suits Jesus? Does that seem like a good thing to do? I have already discussed it with her, and she said she will come with me, and help save them.I think we can all use a little Jesus in our life. Or, maybe a lot.

Re: Introducing myself
Personally I think that the japs are far beyond saving. We gave up on that in the 40's with a little message from the good ol' US of A in the form of an atomic bomb (or, as I like to call them, Democracy Starter Kits). If those damn chinks want Salvation, they're going to have to come to America to have a shot, otherwise they can just spend their short, blurry lives working at a pentium-chip-factory.Originally posted by Ninja View PostI'm not sure what she loves about it so much. Re: Introducing myself
Well, I'm wondering what you guys mean when you talk about that tough love. I mean, say you hate goth's emo's, and all others like that, yet doesn't the bible teach to love others? That is one of the main questions. Do you mean you hate them because they aren't saved, but you love them enough to try to get them saved?I think we can all use a little Jesus in our life. Or, maybe a lot.
