Hello,

I'm new to this board. I came in through the topic about why God hates Holland which I found linked on a Dutch forum. I am Dutch myself.

I'm a 32 year old man. I once practiced same sex. But I found God and am now with a woman. No children yet.

Although I've found God, I do not feel saved yet. My past infractions and living in The Netherlands will surelly make me go to hell.

But I'm not there yet, so I will use the time I got left to show I'm worth saving.

32, but no children yet. Don't you realize God wants your woman to make True Christian™ Soldiers to fight for you at Armageddon?

That's why He said:

Genesis 9:6-7:
Whoso sheddeth man's blood, by man shall his blood be shed: for in the image of God made he man.
And you, be ye fruitful, and multiply; bring forth abundantly in the earth, and multiply therein.

You clearly are not Saved™ then. If you had accepted Christ, your past transgressions, even being born Dutch, wouldn't matter anymore:

1 John 1:6-7:
If we say that we have fellowship with him, and walk in darkness, we lie, and do not the truth:
But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin.

But I'm not there yet, so I will use the time I got left to show I'm worth saving.

Just accept Jesus Christ in your heart and make babies with your wife. That's not hard. You don't have to show anything:

Ephesians 2:8-9:
For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:
Not of works, lest any man should boast.

Let me tell you, Hell is full of people who thought that doing good things would get them to Heaven, completely ignoring this passage. Would you like to join Mahatma Gandhi and Mother Theresa in the Lake of Fire and Brimstone?

Growing up in liberal Netherlands, I was tought to treat all folks, no matter their sexual orientation as equal. Even at Catholic High School they tought us that (my Dutch teacher is a practicing homosexual). When I was 18 I was seduced by an older man (then 42). I thought nothing off it, as I was teached, and thought I loved him. At 21 I started reading the bible for myself (Dutch version, the 'Statetransaltion') and discovered the truth. I ended that relationship and started praying. Six years later I met a good Christian girl and we've been together since. Five years later God has still not blessed us with chidren. I think this is because of my sinfull ways in the past.

No children is not due to lack of trying. But they're not here yet.

I've accepted Jesus Christ with whole my heart, still I don't think I'm there yet. Certainly not since He has not blessed me with children. I'm still doubting myself.

This sort of experience is pretty typical of children who grow up in Holland. It's a wonder you broke the cycle like you have. Constant praying should be necessary to prevent a relapse. And tithing, of course, tithing.

Being the only sane person in a land full of dykes and tulips must be very trying. But it seems you retain a level head and balanced approach to life, letting the Good Lord guide you.

I have always said, there is good in the world, no matter what hellhole. What does not kill you will make you stronger for Jesus. Being the only sane person in a land full of dykes and tulips must be very trying. But it seems you retain a level head and balanced approach to life, letting the Good Lord guide you.

They will certainly be more liberal and gosless, but I doubt that they would be more joyful. I guess it would be just boring talk about some selected Verses from the Bible (of course, half of It is ignored by cherry-picking liberal christians), without anything to liven the place up, like the annual Witch Hunt in Freehold.

Illegal to have guns? How can you shoot at feeding deer and stop signs if you do not have guns? That hellhole is worse than I thought. Next you'll be telling me they take more than 25% of your income in taxes to give it to the welfare cheats.
