Short bus ride today, eh Nick?

Anyone can find God. He is always right next to you on your left side. Usually patiently watching over your every action, monitoring your every word.
For those that refuse to accept Jesus Christ into their lives, he stands there silently, occasionally laughing at the non-believers errors. For those that are True Christians(tm), he often catches our errors and resolves them right before out eyes. He whispers into our ears, providing dead on balls accurate advice.
And yes, God does bestow unfortunate 'luck' on some, solely to punish another. As precious as life is, to God we are merely one in a trillion and a few disposables is nothing. But a good lesson is priceless.

Whats the matter Nick, born with baby arms? Or is your mother a prostitute and only knows your father was some Somali cargo ship deckhand she met in Thailand?
Isaiah 45:7 I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these things.
Amos 3:6 Shall a trumpet be blown in the city, and the people not be afraid? shall there be evil in a city, and the LORD hath not done it?
Numbers 21:6 And the LORD sent fiery serpents among the people, and they bit the people; and much people of Israel died.
Matthew 10:34 Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword.
Matthew 10:35 For I am come to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter in law against her mother in law.
Matthew 10:36 And a man's foes shall be they of his own household.

I see you haven't actually read the Bible.
        Matthew 7: 1-5

1 Judge not, that ye be not judged.

2 For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again.

3 And why beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brother's eye, but considerest not the beam that is in thine own eye?

4 Or how wilt thou say to thy brother, Let me pull out the mote out of thine eye; and, behold, a beam is in thine own eye?

5 Thou hypocrite, first cast out the beam out of thine own eye; and then shalt thou see clearly to cast out the mote out of thy brother's eye.
What you are referencing is not a commandment not to judge, but an admonishment against hypocritical judgment.
