    Dear friend:

You have it exactly backwards. We don't think for the Lord; He thinks for us:

Prov. 3:5: Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.

Religion is simply a human-created entity, made to justify rules and legislation. And why would he create so many other planets, and only use one for life? Why are the other planets there. Are they part of God's "master plan"? Religion must have been created by people, because any "God" would have not left holes in his plans.
Snot-nosed homosexual atheist twaddle. Your parents made every effort to show you the light of Jesus Christ and you refused their gift. You cannot overcome your wickedness with your nasty parts and now blame them for it. Strike one.

KJV - Exodus 20:12 - "Honour thy father and thy mother: that thy days may be long upon the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee."

Many religions (including atheism) are indeed "human-created". But not Bible-based Christianity. Strike two.

KJV - 2 Timothy 3:16 - "All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:"

God created the stars and planets for several reasons. Most importantly as a mathematical reference in Scripture. Strike three.

KJV - Deuteronomy 28:62 - "And ye shall be left few in number, whereas ye were as the stars of heaven for multitude; because thou wouldest not obey the voice of the LORD thy God."

    Enjoy hell.

First of all, this is NOT a debate forum. Please read THIS thread before making an even bigger fool of yourself.

Secondly, while the internets might seem to be "free" to you, this particular corner of the internets is a privately owned Christian forum. The rights you have on this forum are listed HERE. Please contact a Pastor immediately if you feel that any of your rights have been violated.

Finally, your unsaved opinions or tantrums are not even slightly of interest to us. We follow the Holy Word of God TO THE LETTER, and make no apologies for that. One of the most important commandments in the Bible tells us to avoid unsaved scum such as yourself. You wandered in here uninvited, and unwelcome .

Please make a thread of your own in the "Introductions" section of the forum, so that we can properly greet you. Tell us about yourself, your church, and how you came to find Jesus.

And if you're here to flame us, better take a look at THIS before making an even bigger ass out of yourself.

I will pray that the Holy Spirit enter you and chase the demons out of your rectum and let Jesus fill you with His Grace. If you use your God-given free will to reject Christ and His temporary death on the cross for my sins, then you are sending yourself to hellfire.

The point is that they give us light during the night.

And God made two great lights; the greater light to rule the day, and the lesser light to rule the night: he made the stars also. And God set them in the firmament of the heaven to give light upon the earth

That is true of every other religion except ours, which was created by God

Because it's still the best explanation.

Maybe God just wanted some ornaments? Come back to God when you've created a universe and pick holes in His plan then.

If He didn't create them, how could a star have heralded the birth of Jesus?

Saying, Where is he that is born King of the Jews? for we have seen his star in the east, and are come to worship him.
    Matthew 2:2

    Praise Him!
