    Re: Hey all!

    "Jesus does not hate anyone."

That's not true. God hates the sin AND the sinner, and Jesus is God (John 10:30 I and my Father are one.).

Lev 20:23 And ye shall not walk in the manners of the nation, which I cast out before you: for they committed all these things, and therefore I abhorred them.

Hosea 9:15 All their wickedness is in Gilgal: for there I hated them: for the wickedness of their doings I will drive them out of mine house, I will love them no more: all their princes are revolters.

Please read the WHOLE Bible before it's too late.

Before you complain about the the fact that the verses I cited were from the Old Testament, as if that somehow makes them worthless, consider this:

In the Old Testament, it says that God hates "all workers of iniquity" (Ps 5:5).

In the New Testament, what does Jesus say that he is going to do to these workers of iniquity? Is he going to love them? Is he going to be their pal, and tell them that it's ok to be themselves? Let's see...

Matt 13:41-42 The Son of man shall send forth his angels, and they shall gather out of his kingdom all things that offend, and them which do iniquity; And shall cast them into a furnace of fire: there shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth.

I pray that you have found this enlightening.
    Who Will Jesus Damn?

Here is a partial list from just a few scripture verses:

Hypocrites (Matthew 24:51), The Unforgiving (Mark 11:26), Homosexuals (Romans 1:26, 27), Fornicators (Romans 1:29), The Wicked (Romans 1:29), The Covetous (Romans 1:29), The Malicious (Romans 1:29), The Envious (Romans 1:29), Murderers (Romans 1:29), The Deceitful (Romans 1:29), Backbiters (Romans 1:30), Haters of God (Romans 1:30), The Despiteful (Romans 1:30), The Proud (Romans 1:30), Boasters (Romans 1:30), Inventors of evil (Romans 1:30), Disobedient to parents (Romans 1:30), Covenant breakers (Romans 1:31), The Unmerciful (Romans 1:31), The Implacable (Romans 1:31), The Unrighteous (1Corinthians 6:9), Idolaters (1Corinthians 6:9), Adulterers (1Corinthians 6:9), The Effeminate (1Corinthians 6:9), Thieves (1Corinthians 6:10), Drunkards (1Corinthians 6:10), Reviler (1Corinthians 6:10), Extortioners (1Corinthians 6:10), The Fearful (Revelation 21:8), The Unbelieving (Revelation 21:8), The Abominable (Revelation 21:8), Whoremongers (Revelation 21:8), Sorcerers (Revelation 21:8), All Liars (Revelation 21:8)

      Re: Hey all!

You are confused. God loves those that love Him, and hates those that hate Him.

      Deuteronomy 7
      9 Know therefore that the LORD thy God, he is God, the faithful God, which keepeth covenant and mercy with them that love him and keep his commandments to a thousand generations;
10 And repayeth them that hate him to their face, to destroy them: he will not be slack to him that hateth him, he will repay him to his face.
Genesis 1:1 In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth
Proverbs 19:25 Smite a scorner, and the simple will beware: and reprove one that hath understanding, and he will understand knowledge.
Ezekiel 16:14 And thy renown went forth among the heathen for thy beauty: for it was perfect through my comeliness, which I had put upon thee, saith the Lord GOD.
Proverbs 6:25 Lust not after her beauty in thine heart; neither let her take thee with her eyelids.
Genesis 24:16 And the damsel was very fair to look upon, a virgin, neither had any man known her: and she went down to the well, and filled her pitcher, and came up.
Song of Solomon 1:15 Behold, thou art fair, my love; behold, thou art fair; thou hast doves' eyes.

We are all Brother and sister in God! The sooner you accept that the sooner the healing and respect can flow. You force people away through Intolerance and lack of respect. Look I know you were taught wrong which A GOOD thrashing by God wouldn't cure. Your hearts of stone and heads are leading you to sin with arrogance and pride. The hate is separating you from others trying to preach your brand of Christian faith through persecution, ignorance and stupidity. "Love one another as I have loved you." Seriously are you guys KKK? You hate Muslims, Black Americans, Jews, Catlik whatever.
"For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him shall not perish, but have everlasting life." Authorised KJV scripture which is almost identical to NIV.

The sooner you accept that God's anger often waxes hot, the sooner you can begin repenting of the lies false Christians have told you. How many times did He smite His own people for rejecting Him?

We don't hate anyone. Unlike you, we have to courage to teach the entire Bible to actually save people's souls and not lead them down the path to hell.

There's so many wrong statements I don't even know where to begin.

Only True Christians(tm) (not everybody) are brothers and sisters in God (John 1:12, Rom. 8:14). I also don't know why "intolerance" and "lack of respect" are necessarily bad things. The Bible tells us quite the opposite, that we should be intolerant of unbelievers (1 Cor. 5:11, 1 John 2:15). Why should we tolerate evil and sin?

Finally, I think I speak for all of us when I say we don't hate mudslimes, negroes, hebes, papists, etc. I certainly don't like them because they are evil people, but at the same time I sincerely wish they would repent of their sin and become True Christians(tm). One of the most emotional witnessing I have ever performed was a young Arab man named Said. He was brought up in Palestine in an Muslim environment and taught only to hate. After powerful testimony and teaching him the wisdom of the Bible, he threw himself on his knees and accepted Jesus Christ as his personal Lord and Savior right in front of me. Said is now a True Christian(tm) and will join the rest of us in Heaven.

So shame on you for playing the race card and making us look to be hateful people when all we want to do is spread the Gospel and worship the Lord.

Who was Jesus talking to when he said that? He was talking specifically to the Apostles and telling the Apostles to love each other. Nowhere in the Bible does it say to love people who proudly sin and mock God.

I suggest that you open your Bible start at page 1 and keep going until you hit the end of Revelation. You are being spoon fed a bunch of garbage from fuzzy bunny pastors that are more concerned with keeping their pews filled than with the Truth of the Bible.

As for being separated from the world, well that's exactly what the Bible says we should do now doesn't it.

2nd Chronicles19:2 And Jehu the son of Hanani the seer went out to meet him, and said to king Jehoshaphat, Shouldest thou help the ungodly, and love them that hate the LORD? therefore is wrath upon thee from before the LORD.

Matthew 10:14-15 And whosoever shall not receive you, nor hear your words, when ye depart out of that house or city, shake off the dust of your feet. Verily I say unto you, It shall be more tolerable for the land of Sodom and Gomorrha in the day of judgment, than for that city.

Luke 6:22 Blessed are ye, when men shall hate you, and when they shall separate you from their company, and shall reproach you, and cast out your name as evil, for the Son of man's sake.

John 15:18 If the world hate you, ye know that it hated me before it hated you.

1st Corinthians 5:11 But now I have written unto you not to keep company, if any man that is called a brother be a fornicator, or covetous, or an idolater, or a railer, or a drunkard, or an extortioner; with such an one no not to eat.

2nd Thessalonians 3:6 Now we command you, brethren, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that ye withdraw yourselves from every brother that walketh disorderly, and not after the tradition which he received of us.

James 4:4 Ye adulterers and adulteresses, know ye not that the friendship of the world is enmity with God? whosoever therefore will be a friend of the world is the enemy of God.

So by hating us you are doing nothing more than proving that we are right. Remember the narrow gate.

Matthew 7:13 Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat:
PROOF: Atheists are too stupid to understand the Bible!

Proverbs 13:24(KJV): "He that spareth his rod hateth his son: but he that loveth him chasteneth him betimes."

Galatians 4:16 Am I therefore become your enemy, because I tell you the truth?

                  Re: Hey all!

Brother Levi, it is very good of you to work so closely with this young man to aid him in coming to a true and full understanding of the Bible. When one reads through the many Epistles one gains an image of the early church community that is far removed from the formalised rituals of the Catholic church. Really the only reason the early pastors wore robes is because everybody wore robes. None of the early church elders sashayed about in the kind of swag seen on priests.

And can you imagine Paul preaching to that packed house in Acts-- (the one where the guy falls asleep on the window sill, falls down a couple stories to his death and then Paul brings him back to life? Always my favorite)-- in a language that nobody in the crowd understood?

So many ideas put forth by the Catholic church are inherently non-Biblical. Nowhere in the Old Testament, Gospels, Acts of the Apostles or any Epistle, is anyone told to pray in the name of any second party, but the Catholic church encourages it and INSISTS that it is not idolatrous!

Water is never blessed and imbued with supernatural powers, and nobody in the first church communities collected artifacts. Everything with the first church is word of mouth or copied letters. Peter isn't referred to as a pope or considered any more important than the other church leaders and he doesn't wear a funny hat. How it all got so removed from that, I don't know. But I do know that most folk around the world calling themselves "Christian" don't have a clue about the early church and the roots of their own beliefs.

                  Historically Yours,

You can get an online bible here.
                            2 Chronicles 7:14
14 If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land Australia.

Yeah, I've read the bible in the original ancient Greek as well (I'm from Greece). You're taking everything literally though and you should open your mind. Fanaticism isn't healthy.
I am from Greece and I am immature. My parents do not love me so I hate baby Jesus

You must be very old if you can read ancient Greek. The Bible is the Word of the Lord and must be followed as written.
